“I went to Family Medical so I could purchase a Rollator Walker per a prescription from my doctor. We walked in and was greeted by Jamie who helped us tremendously. The store is neat and clean and items are placed together in an orderly fashion. Jamie gave us first class service and showed me every option on the rollator. Comfort Care was great and the Only One of many companies that I contacted, to-return my call.They were knowledgeable, fair and very quick to respond with what I needed.The best part was, they weren’t supposed to be open on a Saturday!”

“I went to Family Medical Supply to order compression socks for surgery. Even though there was not a single customer in the store, I was told I would need to make an appointment to get measured for them. It was also going to cost $35 extra if I wanted her to bill my insurance for reimbursement after I paid.
The lady was so impersonal that I left there and went to Advanced Medical Supply. The employee there did it would take ten seconds to measure for my compression socks. She did that and ordered the size I needed. She was much kinder and more helpful than Family Medical.
From now on, Advanced Medical Supply will be the only place I go.”
