They price is competitive with other places, however, they in my opinion stands alone as far customer service and détail on your repairs that are needed. For example I took my truck to another place here in Peoria where the work that I thought was fixed turned out to be half repaired. But Beaches techs discovered it wasn't repaired right. They had too re-do the work. Because I refused to take it back to the other shop who had not fixed my vehicle. At the end of the day. Beachlers by far is my first choice too do business with. ”

Now we all know other places would of charged you the mechanics time. They showed me that there is honest people out there that aren't just out to make a quick buck, recommend them, honest place.”

“My favorite thing about this Sam's Club is that you can get fresh squeezed orange juice, something I can't find at other locations no matter how hard I look! I am pretty sure it is made in store and it's always so sweet and very addicting. Great selection of products, convenient location in town, and love the four berry sundae at the food court. Not a bad place to get tires either. I just wish this location had a gas station attached like other places to get the most out of our membership!”
“I went to have an alignment done on my 2001 Peterbilt, but they weren't able to do it. The previous attempt by another shop didn't replace my shims when taken apart. Best One didn't have the shims in stock. Klaus referred me to someone who could possibly get me in the same day and they were able to get me in. Many shops won't refer you to someone else, they just tell you to hang around a day and wait on parts. In trucking that is not always an option. Thank you very much for your help.”

“I would definitely recommend Firestone to someone. The customer service is always top notch-whether I am calling or in person in the store.The most recent visit was a weird one-and I think it's also just me learning about cars and to ask and never assume things. I didn't stop and think that when I bought a new tire after having a flat tire, that it wouldn't be put on my car where the spare tire was. As someone with anxiety about wanting to keep others happy and not make a fuss, I was SO appreciative when, after paying for the tire and being asked if I wanted help taking it out to my car and my slightly freaking out (because how was I going to get this tire on my car?!), they fit me in and put the tire on my car. I've been to other places who would not have done that.”
