“What can I say, first the site manager Fernado is AMAZING!!! When I was looking I was drawn to Leland Towers upon contacting Fernando he sealed my decision and made the process seamless a d so easy. The building is amazing, the maintenance is addressed immediately, location, location is a dream I can walk to amazing shows, restaurants, venues and so on. I hope to be here for many years to come. Best decision I've ever made. Leland Towers by far should be rated 100 Stars! Hats off to the best building manager Fernando!”

I lived here for nearly three years, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The sales consultants at the office were always kind, helpful, and attentive. Ivan, the property manager, is truly the best—always professional, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to help residents. His positive attitude and dedication to keeping everything running smoothly made a real difference.
The maintenance team Steve and Daniel, were incredible. They consistently responded quickly to service requests, whether it was something small like a leak or more urgent like an A/C repair during high temperatures. Their work ethic and kindness were greatly appreciated.
The amenities at Metro 59 were always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated. The clubhouse is beautifully designed and welcoming, and the gym is equipped with high-quality machines I hadn’t seen at other rental communities. Even the garage parking areas were regularly cleaned and maintained, and the hallways always smelled fresh and inviting.
One of the things I valued most was the sense of safety. I never once felt unsafe while living here—it truly felt like home. I’ll always be grateful to the entire Metro 59 team for making my time here so special and for creating such a warm, well-managed, and harmonious place to live. Thank you for everything!”
“I’ve been at Lakeview Townhomes for about a month and already love it! Amisa was so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to meet in person—she made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the little community events they host at the office; the paw pool party was such a fun touch, and our dogs were even featured in the resident newsletter!
The neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, and it’s wonderfully quiet here. The serene lake view makes it a truly relaxing place to call home. I’m so glad I chose Lakeview Townhomes!”

“I absolutely love living in this complex! The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family. Courtney and Jessica in the front office are so helpful and work very hard! The maintenance is on top of their stuff and get things done as quick as they can. The hospitality is on point!! I’ve lived other places in this area and this is by far the best!! The pool is great and the dog park is perfect. Very little dogs so you can use it privately most of the time. I renewed my lease and look forward to the next year here.”

“Every time we have a problem in our townhouse we attend to Kylie or Gabriela, since they are both very nice and helpful with anything we need. Also there is a cool maintenance guy that is also very helpful, his name is Budey and he'll always try to do as much as he can to solve our problems in our home. All of them are very hardworking people.”

“Heritage Woods has been such a blessing for my mom. The staff is so kind and caring, they go out of their way to make sure that the residents are taken care of and comfortable at all times. The variety of food choices is wonderful, all homemade and served by a friendly staff each meal. While making the decision that it is time for a parent to move into an assisted living center is very difficult, we feel very grateful to have found Heritage Woods during this time in our lives.”
