Had a great experience renting a U-Haul. My son rented a U-Haul for the first time and when we went to pick it up on the day of the reservation the owner worked with him to save him over a hundred dollars!

I have through the years used the store. The current person at the desk half the time is not there at the desk. You have to stand and wait. Not very accommodating.
