“Located in a remodeled 1920s? house that was filled with light the day we were there, it's a wonderful way to experience books. The journey from room to room feels like discovery. The staff was friendly and engaging and helpful. The only disappointment was not meeting one of the Berners that grace this treasure of a bookstore. Go.”

“It's the best restaurant in St. Charles in my opinion! The food is all delicious and there are some great vegetarian options. They're pretty busy sometimes but you can wander around the bookstore while you wait for a table, or you can order food to go instead.”
“Not gonna lie... I only stopped in here just to use the bathroom. It was critical lol BUT while making my way to the facilities, I was reminded how awesome a good bookstore is. I ended up walking around after I was done with my business and I was impressed with how organized and well-kept the store is. “I go to Aurora University and the book store has always been reliable and helpful. Expect a few minute wait time as there are only two registers and students are always buying things, but also expect a wide array of products related to AU. Textbooks, however, are expectedly not cheap and are quite pricey, but the bookstore offers new versions, used versions, and ebook versions of many textbooks.Try taking a look at the AU bookstore if you are looking for a specific textbook for your classes, or if you want to support AU by buying branded merchandise like planners, shirts, etcetera.”

“Great specialty toy store, great place to find alot of toys that Walmart and Target no longer carry. Dog friendly and service animal friendly place, fairly respectful and helpful staff. Great place to find funko pops and lol dolls, mostly aimed at kids but they do carry a good amount of collectors toys.”
