“This is probably the best USPS location I have ever used. I am an online seller, ever since I start shipping from this branch, complaint about missing packages and delays had been reduced by a lot. The staffs are organized and helpful. It’s a small place and it gets busy but they do they best they can.”

“It feels good to drive through or look around because it feels like an old small town. The post office looks like an old house with a name plate hanging out side painted in an old font style. The post-office is nice and warm. I went there for in-person identity verification to complete a USPS Change-of-Address. The lady in there was welcoming and helped me get my work done in a jiffy. I never knew there was a post-office there.”

“Tara and Jamette were so kind and helpful today! I went in for my passport photo this morning and Tara was so great to work with. I got a call from Jamette later in the day after they closed, asking me to come back in because they forgot to have me sign the passport application (honest mistake). I had no problem at all driving the ten minutes back over to the post office - they had me ring the service bell when I arrived since they were closed and Jamette came right out with my paperwork. She was super apologetic but I was not upset about it at all. I signed my paperwork and I was on my merry way. All it takes is kindness. I was super kind and respectful to them, and they showed me the same in return. Thanks so much, ladies!”
“Great post office branch! Employees friendly and helpful. One of the best branches in the area! There are a few branches that are absolutely terrible, but I’ve been going to the Sugar Grove location for several years and I’ve always had good experiences. Recommend!”

Much better experience than most post offices. We understand that people can have problems at times, but it is more important than ever to recognize the positive as well!”

“Diana was so helpful yesterday with my son’s passport application process. I had been having issues with booking an appointment on the website, and thought I had set his appointment up for yesterday. Apparently the appointment booking didn’t work. “Needless to say this location is a surprise every time you walk in. More times than none you walk in and you have a clerk that seems irritated with their job and they want nothing to do with waiting on a customer. I've even had clerks see the size of the packages that I had to send out and they left the window and made me have to ring the bell for service and a new clerk came out.I run a non-for-profit and I was sending out free items to people in need and I had touched base with a clerk named AMY. She helped me to estimate how much these packages would be to flat rate mail them back to the customers so I could collect the money from these customers before shipping. She was the most pleasant clerk I have ever went into in this location and it has made me change my attitude towards going to this location because I've always had awful experiences. The reason for the five-star rating is BECAUSE OF AMY. If I walk in the location and Amy is not there I will take my business elsewhere. I have never had a good experience with any other person but her. I'm just going to consider her my personal meal service lady. She's fantastic. If you see her give her an air hug because she deserves it.”
