“I hesitate to comment about this little post office, tucked away in sleepy Eola, because the word just might get out that there isn’t a more friendly, competent, and thoroughly wonderful experience to be had throughout the entire United Postal system than right here! “My partner and myself went to two other US Post Office locations, Plainfield and Lisle, in which, we were told we were not able to access the passport services as a walk-in. The Warrenville Post Office both actually accepted us as walk-ins and were extremely helpful. The staff was friendly, responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. We waited for a family, who was having trouble completing the application, and the staff at the post office ensured we would get our passport that day. They took us into the passport office, even after the service was suppose to be done/closed for the day. The team handled us with care, accommodated the family before us and ourselves, and had the most amazing staff full of energetic and kind personalities. Truly, the best customer service experience both my partner and myself have ever experienced! I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for the individuals working on the day we stopped in. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and guidance offered!”
“Stopped by the Bartlett Post Office the other day. The two men that work here are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. I enjoy chatting with them (if it’s not busy). They are super friendly and very efficient! All of my mailings done at this post office have made to their destinations in a timely and secured fashion.

“What a great post office with small hometown feel. Jackie and Ken are so nice. Rarely a long line unless we all decide to go at the same time. But even if there's a line I don't mind because they have all of the other post offices in the area beat in customer service. And I'm pretty sure they offer all of the same services as the big ones, just with a smile. service”

“This location honestly deserves a higher rating. I've primarily used the 2600 Oak St in the beginning since I live closer to that one, but every time it was the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. The clerk who works at this location is very nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely no issues when I come here. I can't recommend this location enough. I've recently been doing a lot of eBay shipments and it's always a smooth process when I come here.”

“Jennifer, the clerk at the Geneva Post Office went out of her way to reach out to another postal facility regarding a certified letter that was mailed to me June 23, 2024 and I have not received as of July 7, 2025. She sent at email to another postal facility asking them to investigate this issue and to reply to her email with their findings as soon as possible. Thank you Jennifer.”

“I’d like to give a shout out to Tony at this usps location…one of the very best window clerks at this location. He’s my go to guy when it comes to questions etc. I don’t mail out of this location as I work at Oswald’s CPU…and I mail at Oswald’s 88 w gartner in Naperville. We have two pick ups a day Monday thru Friday (11:00 and 3:00) and one pick up on Saturday. Store hours for Oswald’s are Monday-Friday 9-8 and Saturday/Sunday 9-6….. Thanks you to Tony in Naperville and thank you to Andre our pick up driver who picks up our mail at Oswald’s. Give Oswald’s a try…you won’t be sorry.”

“Truth is, I can’t really say much about the desk people; I never had to interact with them. But me and my toddler are regulars here due to my little resale shop I have online. Anyways, we always have a good experience: never a line, always able to process and ship my items quickly with the kiosk(super easy to use) , which my son loves . And he loves coming here with me, so overall, 5 stars!”
