“Great Middle East grocer! They have so many options in the store. Many spices, grains, lentils, fantastic pita and any variety of olives you could want. They have a large freezer section and So much more and the owner was wonderful and very helpful! This was my first visit but will definitely return!”
“So many good things from the deli. They do carry Boars Head meats, which I appreciate. Very friendly employees. So many special things you won't find in the big stores.”

“Love this place, check the online flyer first and plan the attack, aldi items go fast don’t wait get there before they open and get inline. They have this triple chocolate gelato, very yummy.”
“I like it for the most part, sometimes they run out of certain food items quick. It can get crowded really fast, aisles are just the right size for passing people stopped to look at items. Prices are reasonable, food is good quality, the cashiers are usually nice.”

“Easy recommended shopping spree, annoying and odd lack of discounted b grade produce which puts excessive waste and cost to both farmers and consumers, but overall an obvious option for the usual popular budget quality brands. The chocolate and beer is especially well crafted for these prices. Apples tend to be below average without local sources. Would like to see benefits for self checkout which is definitely saving them big while giving us more work without any perks, I suppose that's everyone however I like to think Aldi holds to some decent decency.”
“The produce prices are always good and the produce is fresh. Good prices on grass fed beef and organic items. We've shopped aldi weekly for the last 30 years!”

“Though Devon is primarily a grocery store, they also offer freshly cooked food, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. There’s a great variety of freshly prepared dishes, including dosa bites, aloo tikki chaat, pav bhaji, idli, vada, and even Thai green curry. Everything tasted fresh and well made, with balanced seasoning that was flavorful and aromatic without being too spicy or mild. The pricing is fair and offers great value. Overall, the food was delicious, with excellent quality, variety, and taste.”
“We love this store. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Prices are within reason and our budget. Meat quality is the best in the area. Deli offers wide variety of salads and cold cuts. I don't care for their potato salads. It's bland... doesn't have onions in it. Wonderful atmosphere.”

“Absolute fire! I got a small with my housemates and it gave me left overs for the next day, the food is spiced perfectly and even the rice was amazing! If you are in Peoria you owe your stomach a visit.”
“Really like this store. Nice selection, a little pricey but isn't everything these days? Easier than going down to Costco for a chicken. Love the Grandma's coleslaw. The staff is always friendly to me. And accomodating too. Been in several times. Love chicken happy hour from 4-7. Worth it. Just save one for me.”

“I really like this store. Clean, carries nice deli selection and has favorites pre- packaged...great when you are in a hurry. I like the salami. I also found Imo's provel cheese if u r into making homeade pizza. If u use the app Upside, you always get % back at Schnucks. Schnucks has good sales too.”

I am not the guy that wants to set aside. A half an hour to walk through the mega complex that has five different types of toothpicks. This place is perfect, It's clean, The staff is friendly. They're prices are great.
But don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself. Hopefully you'll find another favorite grocery store.”
“They have everything you need for Hispanic food. They even have a large selection of candy from Mexico. All the spices you would need and various assortment of wares. The butcher shop is amazing. Im a chef and I love manudo just stopped in and got everything I need to make it. And the beef tripe is high quality. They even cut it up for me. The chicharon there are also amazing. They make them in house.”
“We had fried chicken and fries a couple weeks ago. The chicken was a little over cooked but good and the fries are awesome which is why we ordered again today. We had cheese burgers and fries(love these). This burger is better than any other fast food place. Will order again!”

“Far more expensive than other stores. A box of Swiss miss 10 pk was $9.99. overall though they do have unique items-- many seasoned meats and deli items, homemade stuff for sell within the store, and those are worth it. Just not the normal day to day things. They have some flavors like chobani Boston cream flip that other stores do not carry so that might be useful. The people are friendly, there's a Starbucks in the store plus a hot counter.”

“Delightful little shop full of amazing foods and spices at great prices. The meat selection looked wonderful, beef, lamb, chicken, and even goat. Excellent deals on all their poultry. A whole wall of fresh produce and sweets and treats every which way I looked.
The shop owner was incredibly polite and offered some delicious recipe ideas to go with what I was buying.
10/10 stars and I will definitely be back, especially for such good prices, quality, and service.”
“Shorty's is the best. Authenticity is the culture at Shorty's. Shorty's is open most days from 6am - 8pm, and I set my clock for 7am to 7pm. Thank you Shorty's for saving me from having to travel to grocery store for those last minute needed items. And for being open after work for a quick grab of some comfort foods on my way home. While not every mom and pop store has everything, Shorty's has just about everything. Shorty's has my vote for the best corner market of any town.”

They have cigarettes, cigars, etc. They do not sell alcohol but the liquor store is right behind them. Better visiting during the light of day. Bus going back to transit center downtown picks up several blocks up the road.”
