“It's always a good experience at Independence. Really high-quality goods. I will say that as a tall guy, it can be challenging to find clothing that fits me correctly. But they have a few brands I really love, like Dehen 1920, which I actually discovered at this store. Prices are appropriate for what you get, and the sales are always excellent. I'm looking forward to coming back in November for their Black Friday sale and grabbing some Dehen sweaters!”

She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. I've been to other DXL locations, and while they were good, Moniece was great.”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

She helped me design a custom suit for my wedding and not only is it the most comfortable suit I've ever owned, but it was also super reasonable in price. The small added details including the embroidering of the wedding date on the inside of the jacket and the custom fabric for the shirt were also a huge hit. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting married, and I'm sure I'll be back for another suit sometime in the future!”
