“I had a great experience with Chicago Cell Phone Repair. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. this past Sunday and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The technician was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He explained everything clearly and was very responsive throughout the repair.
I dropped off my phone and received a call about an hour later letting me know it was already fixed and ready for pickup. I was honestly impressed by how fast the turnaround was. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and I never felt like I was being overcharged.

“AT&T was not the store of my direction that day, the store a cut rate outfit had gone out of business. Across the street was an AT&T store, which I inquired, thinking the price would be far too high for my budget!
But that was not the case Brian, the gentleman who served me was extremely polite always on point. Brian fixed me up with a plan that was $25 cheaper than my previous carrier, and my first iPhone was connected with a smile and good personality all around the store!
