“Just left this facility and I am very HAPPY! I have been made whole again!! "Eric the Manager" was truly awesome. He got me in and out in less than 20 mins. I explained my issue--he knew EXACTLY what to do. He did not make me wait for another "Associate/Technician" as they were all busy helping other customers, he took care of me himself. It's nice to know that competence and fast service can exist in the same place. This is perhaps one of the BEST Verizon Stores on the southside.
