“This is seriously the best place to get steel toed boots. My husband has used them for years. The last pair he bought were hurting his feet bad even though they were his normal brand/size/style. After a month of trying to figure it out he went inside and they traded his boots for a different pair that was the same size/style/brand. The strange pain went away.
I have also walked in a few times to pick up his repairs. Yes, they do repairs! They never made me wait more than 5 minutes.”

“What an amazing staff Rita was outstanding was so helpful brought out multiple pairs of shoes with all types of recommendations evaluated my feet said I needed arc support what a correct statement that was the owner Mel stoped said hi gave me some words of encouragement on my weight loss journey definitely needed to hear those words. And then finally the perfect shoe for my feet was brought out tested with some walking outside which they allowed what a gem of a store I know why they have been in business for so long because they really do care. She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. “I visited this store a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their huge selection of western wear. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and two hats so many great options to choose from!
After our trip, my boyfriend noticed a manufacturer defect in his boots. I brought them back to the store, and the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to make things right.

It’s been a year since my last purchase at Peak. I have had 3 iterations of the same shoes that I loved. I expected to just update to the latest version of the same shoes. Megan brought a pair of shoes out and the newest version was not comfortable.
I explained what I didn’t like about the newest sneaker. Megan found me two great alternatives. She then grabbed a laptop and walked me through all the color options to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

“Compared to most shoe boutiques not to be named that always end up only having a decent selection on release dates. This spot always has some sick colorways in Air Maxes and Air Force 1s. When I'm in town visiting fam always make it a point to stop by here and do my annual shoe buys. Although the big releases may not be found at least their normal selections are always solid.”
