“The best pickup experience I ever had was with incredibly friendly and polite people who greeted me with smiles. The process was efficient, taking a maximum of 15 minutes.”
“I was very scared when I read people reviews. I check in 35 hours before my apt time and they unload in 35 minutes and give me the paperwork good place to deliver”
“Friendly, courteous, helpful staff here, great people! I spoke with five employees here and every single one of them were extremely pleasant to work with, kind of refreshing to see that these days, especially in the Chicago area. Treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. Thanks guys!”
“I love the taste and crunch of your Dipping Sticks Pretzels. I appreciate that they are not too salty. My favorite thing to dip them in is Ben and Jerry's Vanilla, Caramel, Fudge Ice Cream. These pretzels are great even if not dipped in anything!.”
“Great place to load at. Albeit a little tight. Friendly people here. It’s possible, but be wary of the corner building off Oak Park Ave. the dock will be on the left. Then thru the gate on the left to back into the dock. Dock is outside the gate in the garage doors. Don’t try to go into RJ. Guard will close the gate at the last possible second to try to make you or your company pay for repairs.”

“Been here many times , their priority is to load/unload you fast. I appreciate their hard work .
NOTE: they’re a little strict with appointments, also I noticed driver’s bathroom is “permanently closed””
