“Over the past 20 years I have filled my condo with the beautiful light pieces from Lightology. We appreciate their wide selection and the help of their consultants. Just today I was in the store to see if I could get about 8 small replacement bulbs from a 2016 bathroom remodel, installed in my light fixture. Not only did they have the compatible bulbs in stock, but they had a person on staff who is going to come to the condo to install them. It is a tricky job to replace these particular bulbs and I am so glad they have the expertise and availability to help me. Problem solved!”

“The experience I received while signing up for a membership was amazing. It started off bad after being misinformed about signing up online and the steps to doing so. After standing in the membership line once again, my mother and I were met by an employee with the name “Esther”, she was ready to assist us. Walked us through the right steps, and moved mountains to make sure our pre shopped items were in good hands while we waited to complete the sign up process. The manager “Jimeiha”, sorry if that’s misspelled, was also great with ensuring everything moved smoothly. Big thank you to those two, they help make shopping with Costco a pleasant experience!”

“I remember the locations on Clark and on Ashland. Was in the neighborhood of this (now) west side warehouse. Have not been to the Evanston store yet. Still great prices and nice variety of choices of furniture. Recommend.”

“I’ve been using ECO styling Gel with Olive Oil for years, best hair Gel out there. I wouldn’t use anything else. And the price is very affordable. There products are available at all Walgreens and CVS Drug stores. Also there products are made here in Chicago.”

“Huge showroom with lots of different brands. Nice displays that give you ideas. Not as much designed spaces or corners like other studio41s I’ve visited but they seem to carry more variety of brands on this site. One of the consultants, Joshua, was kind enough to answer my questions and explained my inquiries. Some of the items are on sale which is a plus.”

“Was a bit hard to find but just go straight and make a right and you’ll see a small Salvation Army wagon and a sign that says 5040 Roosevelt and that’s the drop off center. Wish I would’ve asked his name. But the gentlemen helping knew how to make someone’s day. Appreciate the kind words and happy Father’s Day to you too sir.”

“Great place to deliver, but careful the truck GPS will send you to the wrong entrance. Other drivers left the right info in the comments. Very appropriate. After scale and check in 1h and done.”

“The only bad thing I have to say about the place is how hard it is to get in and out of here. Pray you don't have a truck coming out if you are coming in, and pray that traffic will allow you to exit.”

“After an extremely unprofessional and confrontational experience with the Tire Center supervisor, Ivan, Amelia stepped in and handled the situation exactly the way a leader should. She listened, understood the policy immediately, and resolved the issue calmly and correctly. Costco needs more people like Amelia—professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused—and far fewer like Ivan, especially in safety-critical roles. Amelia is the reason we still have confidence in Costco.”

“The staff do a good job loading you. I'm Usually in and out of there within a hour.. the worst part about going there is the road going into conglobal. Its just terrible with all the big pot holes. Also depending at what time u get back out to cicero/50 its tough to make a left turn because there is so much traffic in both directions”

“Unless it is a Target trailer, you must drop off your trailer at the off-site yard and pick up your empty one there. I am not sure how live loads are handled. If you need to park, continue straight upon exiting Target; you can park on that street, never come before your appointment👀!”

“Showed up couple hours early got dock right away, was out in 2 hours. Use intercom at gate to get in, slide tandems all the way back, Visibility vest and 2 straps/loadlocks are required. Nice people in the office, not sure why so many negative reviews.”
