Issue getting parts, no surprise, but kept me up with what was going on all the time. Worked with the insurance and made the whole thing so easy for me. Last part was received a week earlier than expected and they got it done immediatly. Love this shop and their wonderful service and continued updates. “Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
