“I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! They were incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond. They even took the time to fix several issues that had been left behind by a previous body shop. My car had been improperly caulked and sealed, and it was even missing screws. They corrected all of these problems and did it completely free of charge.
Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to make sure my car was properly taken care of really stood out to me. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and I’m so grateful I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and caring service!”

“They were friendly and very helpful. I had not been able to find any vehicle clothes rods, so I stopped at the Belvidere NAPA Auto Parts. They didn't have any vehicle clothes rods in stock, but they ordered one for me. It came in the same day. The clothes rod was heavy duty, with an anti-sliding texture coating! I really like it!!!”

“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
