“Fast and friendly service! We were in a pinch with car trouble that was going to take a few days to repair so we needed a rental fast. The team at this Avis was very helpful and professional. I recommend them if you’re in the area and need a rental.”
“Great experience booking my Honeymoon rental with them. They gave me a free upgrade and the vehicle was in pristine condition!! Pick up and return were smooth and the front desk associate was very helpful. Highly recommend.”
“I returned a car here that I had picked up at O'Hare, and while trying to coordinate a ride to the Rockford airport from Hertz, the woman at the counter let me know that they could shuttle us to RFD for free. A nice gentleman named Don gave us a quick ride over, and it definitely beat waiting an hour for a taxi or watching rideshare drivers cancel a ride that took them out of their preferred zone. ?”

“Great place to rent a car, but dont expect to get what you want in the end becouse of their options at the last minute of the pickup. Applied to get a full size sedun end up getting a mid size sedan, not a problem but be ready for that FYI ?”
