“I rented a car from this location and had a perfect experience. Nice car, great help over the phone and easy after hour pick up since my flight got delayed till midnight. I have no issues using them again every few months for my repeat trip. Dropping off was easy also. Parked in return lot and went to customer service who gave me a receipt with a smile and I was on my way. Highly recommend Budget at Rockford IL. airport.”

“I returned a car here that I had picked up at O'Hare, and while trying to coordinate a ride to the Rockford airport from Hertz, the woman at the counter let me know that they could shuttle us to RFD for free. A nice gentleman named Don gave us a quick ride over, and it definitely beat waiting an hour for a taxi or watching rideshare drivers cancel a ride that took them out of their preferred zone. ?”

“The location was great friendly and took care of my needs. However. The roadside was not helpful at all. Aside from the rental location making things right. The paid for roadside assistance was not helpful at all. I was responsible for getting my party to nearby hotel because rental office was not open. I was responsible for towing car, getting to rental car location for exchange vehicle and there were a few other inconveniences. Other than not being responsible for repairs, the additional roadside was a very frustrating experience”
