“Stopped by this gas station for a break from the road and a refuel. The pumping area was clean and easy to navigate. It is close to a 7 Eleven and a few other stores and restaurants which make it a convenient stop. The windshield washing stations has clean refill and did not appear or smell stagnant. I deducted a star because the fuel price was expensive compared to what I paid elsewhere. Other than that, it was a good stop.”

“Great place to stop if your a truck driver and as far as the RVs that complain about not being able to make the turn thats not an issue with this establishment. Semi trucks do it all day long without issue. I have also been thru here with my 5th wheel and regular truck thats more maneuverable then my semi truck. If you complain about maneuverability then your probably driving a bigger rig then you can handle. Much better then half the truck stops out here. Highly recommend this place if your a truck driver or pulling an RV.”

“I was really glad to find out that this place has kerosene. You can get as much or as little as you would like. I just filled up my 5 gallon kerosene container. Will use that to heat my garage. I paid $4.85 a gallon on 1/25/2022. The attendant was helpful and helped me get my credit card working. So glad I found this little gem!!! I will be going back. Thanks Marathon!!!!”

“We were involved in a single vehicle mishap on our way home at 2am-ish after vending at the Boone Co. Fairgrounds, flea show 3pm to midnight. We parked at this Shell station after realizing we couldn't drive back home to Hanover Park because of flat tires. The station opened at 5am. The gas station is clean and has an amazing appearance. They sell licensed hats that are amazing quality and are cheaper then anywhere ive seen. This gas station is truly one of a kind i would've never expected to have a favorite gas station.”
