“I had a very bad experience at this T-mobile store. I was signed up for a phone that I NEVER received, and I am still being charged for it. This was never properly explained to me, and I did not agree to pay for a device I do not even have. I have tried to fix this issue, but no one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Customers should be very careful and always double-check evrything before leaving triste store”
