“If you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy. Good people working here. Seriously, I'm not always easy to please (Kevin can attest to this, I'm sure) and I literally can't recommend Kevin enough. Honest, easy to get along with, and knows his stuff. I will contact him in the future any time I'm looking for a Honda.”

“The Lombard Enterprise location is our go to place for local car rentals. In the past we used miscellaneous car rentals n the area, but since Jacob has been the manager here we have had amazing service and don't think of going anywhere else. I have an issue with fragrances and somehow he manages every time to provide me with a car that has no air freshener smell. We are waited on quickly and courteously, unlike previous experiences. The cars are in great condition. We are hooked.”

“I searched for a 24 hour car rental and came across multiple rental agencies but chose to go with Alamo (Ohare Airport) location and they did not disappoint. I did everything online which was a breeze to navigate through. Reserved the type of car I wanted head out and to Alamo showed my license to a smiling representative and they directed me to a selection of clean ready to go SUV's. When I was done the return process was just as easy . Pull forward the attendant scanned the car in and said have a good evening and thank you for choosing the Alamo. That was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had renting a car. Thank you Alamo!”

“Was very satisfied with the service I received from this enterprise location. My advisor, Liz, was very very kind and patient. She gave me several options of cars to choose from and even let me switch the car when there was a cigarette smell in the initial car. The man I spoke to over the phone/and front desk was also extremely kind. Very conveniently, they work with crash champions nearby and offer rides to and from the location. Thank you !”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“Great service when I needed help in a pinch. Check-in was great, and Jonathon gave me his card in case I needed help when I had little margin for error. His car says Trainee but he was a pro. My return team on Monday was also great, including a smart intern. This experience made me want to go exclusively Enterprise for rentals.”

“Friendly service and the salesman stayed late to accommodate the rental, even though we arrived in town after they closed. They quoted a lower price but it was $65 dollars higher than the quote even though they said the original quote had covered all taxes and fees. All in all very good, very nice service. The prices were fair, but not good.”

“Friendly guys and easy process, and it's about 200 bucks cheaper than renting at O'Hare. They also drove my wife and I back to the airport after we returned the rental, no charge or anything. Can't think of any reason to rent from anyone else other than these guys if you're flying into O'Hare.”
