“Emerald Club at National is the way to go in Chicago! It's easy to just get your car and leave and not wait in line. The price it's better too then a regular rent-a-car and you avoid the long lines. People with Positive Attitude working here every time we rent cars. Nice!! Love the Toyota cars! Great location and easy to get to from O'Hare Airport and easy drop off when you are done with the car and jump back on the tram back to the airport. We save so much time doing it this way.”

“This was my near annual visit for required maintenance. The service representative initially discussed, on the telephone, what might be required, including a company recall. At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“Honestly great experience! I just walked in without a reservation on a busy day, but an employee was able to put me in a rental within minutes and work with me on a price! The car was brand new, clean and shiny, top trim and really delightful! When during the time of my rental I looked my keys inside the vehicle I called enterprise and roadside assistance showed up 15 minutes later, unbelievable efficiency! And when I returned the vehicle early the price was adjusted accordingly - no fees or charges on top, return process took 2 minutes!”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“We had to use Enterprise two times this month. Wonderful experience. Fast, knowledgeable, clean and a very large selection of cars. During my second rental Liam was very professional and helpful. He prearranged rental and held the car for me till Saturday pick up. I was escorted to the parking lot to look at different cars. Both times renting we had brand new cars offered to us. Liam was great to work with and for the first time ever renting he had me pre pay for gas at $2.80 a gallon and no charge for drop off fill up. Very accommodating working with car insurance issues. We will return especially for the large selections of cars.”

“Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”

“We rented a Ford Expedition Max from Alamo for four days when we visited Chicago for the yearly autoshow. Upon arrival at terminal 5, you take the lightrail to MMF, where major rental companies are located. At the Alamo counter, we were promptly assisted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The formalities were quickly sorted, and the car was ready in the garage with only 900miles on it!After some instructions, we received the toll device at the exit. We were pleased with the car, and upon return, the process was efficient without any unpleasant surprises. This being our first rental after recent negative experiences with Hertz (where we hold the Five Star Gold status) in Europe, we wholeheartedly recommend Alamo in the US! We happily switch to Alamo for future rentals :-)”
