“The Costco gas station is the only place I stop for gas. The lines can often be intimidating but honestly they move a lot faster than one would think. Even the longest lines only take no more than 10 minutes to get through. They do not accept cash, but they have the cheapest gas in town by far!”

“Last year, my car was making some noises, so I brought it to Mark and his team. They carefully checked everything and assured me it was 100% safe to drive — no repairs needed. Mark even showed me a detailed image on his computer to explain what was going on. When I asked how much I owed, he said there was no charge. His honesty and kindness instantly earned my trust and future business.
This year, when my starter had a glitch, I went straight back to Mark. He quickly identified the problem and made time in his busy schedule to fix it.
I’m deeply impressed not only by his skill and professionalism but, even more so, by his honesty and old-fashioned integrity. Highly recommend!”

“Albert came out and saved me when my tire blew out yesterday. My State Farm App gave me a time frame of 45-75min for roadside to arrive, once he was dispatched I waited less than 20min. He was kind and comforting, changed my tire so fast, and helped me get my spare inflated (after 6 years in the trunk it was a little flat), he made sure I had everything I need for my tire to be replaced today. I think he could tell I was a bit shaken by everything that happened so he made sure I was okay. If you need a tow or roadside help ask for Albert.”
“The prices are usually pretty good especially when gas goes over $3 elsewhere, otherwise the difference isn't as big. Used to fill up here regularly but then did research about top tier gas. Sam's gas isn't TT so started going to Shell instead for better quality gas. Look for the Top Tier logo or visit their website to find nearest location.”

Then you come in to the main building, Everything from Dunkin to a hot dog joint! But I think the best is the Beggars Pizza station! Delivered fresh! And let me tell you Catie one of the associates is the best ! Great customer service, real nice to help us out with a pizza box when we ordered 5 pieces ! Let's keep this place clean ! Great place !”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!
