“My husband and I have been banking with US bank since we moved to Illinois from Missouri. All the tellers are nice and polite. Very professional. The only issue we have, is when Us Bank closed the Wood River location which is closer to is. Now to go to bank, it's out of our way. Also US Bank didn't let us know they were closing that location. I've spoke with other people who have said the same thing.”
