“Convenient and local. Fresh meat. Great deli…. Need something buzz down there and get it. It’s nice to have a local supermarket close to home especially if you’re in downtown Sandwich or Plano area.”
“Staff is super helpful and friendly store is not messy or clustered and crowded. They do get very busy after about 3/4pm so if you don’t want to deal with longer lines and traffic go before 3pm or wait until about after 6pm ish bc cart store traffic does get somewhat crazy. One of my favorite aldi locations though bar none”

“Did my second pick-up order and again I’m amazed at how kind and helpful the lady is who brings out the groceries. And the whole order was 100% correct and packed up thoughtfully. IMO this is the best time-saver in town.”
“I want everyone who has ever considered shopping at the Aldi store in Sugar Grove, IL, to know that Ryan and Jan are at the helm. Both will merit your patronage as they have sustained mine over time. Jan and Ryan demonstrate, exemplify, and raise the bar for customer service for each and every patron...loyal customer or 1st time curious visitor. They are better than the best and deserve the highest of accolades. Reward them well, ALDI corporate executives. It isn't just your prices and products that intice, it is your most important commodity, your STAR performers... it is they who serve your brand and mission most! “My 1st time was Certainly A Very Pleasant one! The clerks/cashiers were Nice &Helpful! The store was Clean &to my Surprise they had Quite A Selection of Hardware, Electrical &Household Supplies! ?”
“10 out of 10 every time I go. They pre made carnitas guacamole, rice are amazing. The stuffed plabanos you have to try. Friendly staff as always, even there is a little language barrier sometimes.”
“I visited lots of Jewels while in Illinois. They were are very clean, well organized and had great sales. The sake items were well stocked and the people were friendly. Wish I had one closer to home.”
“The Yorkville Target is always clean & organized. Between the friendly staff and quick cashiers, it’s the best place to grocery shop around here. Prices are higher than Aldi but about the same as Jewel but with more brands and selection.”
“I have always had good service at this location. Unfortunately lately they haven't had things stocked real well, but i don't think that is there fault. I just wish they would inforce the mandatory mask. It seems that about 50% of the people don't wear masks in this store.”
“Great customer service amazing knowledge of what they carry! I just ask if they carry something like a humidifier and they say if they have it or not.. no humidifiers this year, by the way! Sometimes a little bit of a wait to check out, but that is to be expected when there are only 2 employees working both register and stocking, keeping things well stocked.”
“The Sugar Grove Jewel-Osco location is always clean and tidy. The staff are recognizable and kind. Carts feel clean and don't squeak. The layout of this store though? Elite. Everything feels like it's where it should be, I'm not circling 3 different cooler areas and end caps searching endlessly for sour cream. Another reason I love this store is how quick the deli is. Never more than a few minute wait, whereas I've taken a number and waited half an hour (yes half an hour) at 3pm on a Tuesday at other locations (*cough* Batavia).Now... the bagging... let's work on that guys. If I wanted nachos, I wouldn't be buying tostadas. I'd also prefer to get my bread home without a Gatorade indentation in the side. Not worth deducting a star since it's not always the case, but many of them could use some improvement.”

“BEST TACOS IN PLANO NO COMPARISON! At first i wondered why they had a little hole in the wall taco spot RIGHT NEXT DOOR to a mexican restaurant. But then i gave them a try and saw why! Absolutely magical tacos that you can taste every single ingredient and season. The restaurant is actually a convince store that doubles as a taco spot so its not really setup for dining in but i emplore you to give then a try, especially the steamed beef tacos!”
