“My recent experience with Kyle at the Bloomingdale branch was extremely helpful. He took the time to reassure me that the bank would take care of the situation that I had with scammed. Also he transferred me to the fraud department where they proceeded to give me a list of next steps to take. Kyle handled all the necessary work I needed regarding my bank accounts. . He explained how it works to have my bank accounts closed while the existing checking would stay open for any automatic payments which we went over listing them for a period of time. He helped me to feel he cared regarding all of what would be done to safeguard my accounts. I really appreciated all his efforts and time spent with me. Also I appreciated the support given by the fraud department to give me instructions to do outside of the bank by contacting various organizations and that I definitely would need to follow up doing these steps. Primarily I had several times talking with Kyle and that helped me through a very difficult time.”

“I have been a patron if this location for 20 years. It has gone through personnel changes and interior build changes. I have always felt I could ask a question and get an answer. Some days they are short staffed, like many businesses since Covid... I find patience is key. The 2 ATM's are well lite and accessible if that is the banking you prefer to do. One draw back is calling and talking directly to staff. Sometimes it somehow tied up in corporate world.”
