“Saw many bad reviews for this location, and I actually had a completely different experience. Came here to cash a check on Saturday morning, when they opened at 9 am. Two ladies were working the windows. Both were very polite and the lady helping me was fast and efficient. It was my first time here so it took a little longer to verify my info, but it really didn't take long to walk out with cash in hand.not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I will definitely be back.”

I wasn’t sure about this branch after reading some reviews, but I’m glad I went! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, everything was smooth and easy. I loved their banking interface and overall experience. A big thank you to Monica - Relationship Banker , for assisting us right away, helping open our joint account, and even making the first check deposit personal and effortless. Definitely 5 stars!”

“I would like to Compliment Ms Ashma At the Glendale Heights old second bank. I had a problem with our cards.Ms Ashma I spent over 3 1/2 hours with My Husband and I this week fixing our accounts and making sure we understand how to do everything. I would like to tell her management team that she Very professional and very kind hearted she has patience of a saint and always has a smile on her face.
