I had a problem with our cards.Ms Ashma I spent over 3 1/2 hours with My Husband and I this week fixing our accounts and making sure we understand how to do everything. I would like to tell her management team that she Very professional and very kind hearted she has patience of a saint and always has a smile on her face. Thank you Ms Ashma For taking quality care of your customers taking the time and having the patience, I don’t know what I would’ve done without you that day as you understood we were dealing with something very serious and it was on a timeframe. I pray your management staff understands what A wonderful dedicated employee they have in you !!!! “Saw many bad reviews for this location, and I actually had a completely different experience. Came here to cash a check on Saturday morning, when they opened at 9 am. Two ladies were working the windows. Both were very polite and the lady helping me was fast and efficient. It was my first time here so it took a little longer to verify my info, but it really didn't take long to walk out with cash in hand.not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I will definitely be back.”

I loved their banking interface and overall experience. “The only reason I am giving this review is because of Gabriel Edwards. This teller will do everything in his power to get your check cashed even if you don't bank with them. I have had 2 experiences before with cashing a check but those experiences where not as positive as this one. This bank takes extra precaution when it comes to cashing checks and withdrawing of money without proper I.D. Just yesterday I was here and all a lady with a polish or russian accent did was call a number and when it said the check number wasn't available she just said monay was not available yet and sent me on my way. No research eventhough i could only arrive 15 min. before close she could have done more. I felt like she didn't want to give it to me!. The company i work for recruits actors and it is a legit company but they changed to this bank and i thought i wouldn't have any problems like before but i was wrong. But thanks to Gabriel's research it had always been clear to cash and all those other pointless things the woman did was all for nothing. Thank you Citibank for hiring such a great employee. Don't know what i would have done without his help.”
