“Immensely impressive operation. I am doubly indebted to TD. First, for the installation of a fine floor. But also for rescuing me. From the prior contractor, the nation's mega floor installer, whose material (about 20k worth) had filled my living room before events began to reveal their jarring incompetence, indifference, ignorance. Unable to continue with the lumbering giant (do not own a single truck, can not leave manager a phone message because he has no voice mail), research led me to call TD. Next day Mathew stopped in and the turnaround began. Sent back all the first contractor's material, switched the radiant heating maker and moved from LuxV to Tile. Throughout the time leading up to and through the installation, by text, phone, or e/m TD kept me updated. Matthew texted a photo of a new tile he saw at the tile convention. Liked it, picked up a sample, chose it and now everyday I get to walk on that awesome surface. Once worked started, Arvydas, the owner, often stopped in to check on progress, on discovering the factory had incorrectly shaped the radiant heating grid for the kitchen, called Warmly Yours, whose expert ("I have been doing this for 29 years!") appeared in less than an hour, for two hours on his knees reshaped the grid and tested it to assure everything worked. Nicholas, the installer, worked relentlessly on the mortar, wires, tiles, grout, fusing all into a stunning sight. Slavek, who showed up every other day to deliver and remove material, working tirelessly, proved one of the most charming people I have ever met. In short, exceptional company and people. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your flooring.”

The office manager, Jamie was professional, pleasant & easy to talk to. She arranged set up time/appointments. The process was in steps. Each technician was prompt, efficient, friendly & respectful of property. The first day Cam arrived to open wall. “We recently completed a principal bathroom remodel in our home. We have done several similar projects in the past including adding an 800 square foot addition to our home, while acting as our own general contractor. We chose Designers Point because they promised to handle the entire project from beginning to end. We are delighted with their work, and they over delivered on their promise. Our designer was very helpful while allowing our input for items we felt strongly about. She not only designed the remolded bathroom but also worked with us to select the appliances and materials that worked best with the design.Once the work began Their project manager took ownership of scheduling the general contractor and all necessary trades so that there was very little downtime, and all the work was accomplished in a professional manner. Most importantly everyone was respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. The General contractor and corporate president paid very close attention to the work as it was being accomplished.Now that it is complete, we are delighted with the results and the lack of headaches through the process.”

“Once again I returned to Best Buy/ Pacific Kitchen and Bath to price shop. I have purchased several items from Pacific because of the sales team I have encountered in the past. There is so much new information today and comparison shopping is a nightmare. My regular sales person was off today and I was greeted by Mildred and pleasantly offered assistance. I was looking for ovens and she was a wealth of information. I had no intention to purchase just select the brand I needed. We started at very high end Viking at my request and worked down looking at many many ovens. This is an exhausting experience. Mildred could answer every question and even redirect me to brands that fit my cooking needs. Design and function over price was my need. Plastic knobs, not enough BTU's, poorly designed burners were some concerns. Mildred narrowed down my selection and next we pulled up the ovens on line and compared the advantages of each oven. THIS was superb all pricing, design, elements and options were printed out. Samsung has a very cleaver new oven with a single door that can actually break into a two piece door. The center burner is very inefficient for my use in the cooking process. Mildred was extremely helpful with high power BTU's, higher quality burners, design elements and oven features. A perfect oven was decided upon after looking at so many choices. A sale was made. I would have wasted a lot of time and even though I had researched ovens when I arrived today. Thank you. I would have never had the information Mildred presented. Very professional and knowledgeable. As I mentioned I had no intention to purchase. I have never had a rude sales person. Actually been rather surprised about the amount of product knowledge in this quickly changing industry the staff presents. I have had delivery issues and a small dent in the past and it was taken care of immediately.”

“My husband and I purchased and picked up a 4 drawer chest of drawers. It was very heavy for us, my husband is 80 and I am 77. Got it home and my handy husband got the outside put together with no issue. But found the front, back and bottoms of the drawers were correct but the sides were all drilled and slotted for the right side. So we had 8 rights and no lefts. Called Ikea customer service and could not have been served better. They are shipping out 4 left sides for us Fed Ex and we can expect them within a few days. Thank you Bill in customer service who was so very nice and thank you Ikea for great customer service.”

“Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right.
