“My flight was to land late at night when all the rental car places would already be closed. This was after a snowstorm, and most flights were cancelled or delayed. The staff on the phone were so helpful. They offered info on other transportation and vouched for local driver options when Uber would not go the long distance. This was not at all something I expected when they were not going to get a rental out of it. Thank you!”
“Landed at 8am and couter stated that it did not open till 10am. Thankfully the agent there allowed me and another person to pickup a car without waiting till 10am. If National knows that a plane is landing from Florida at 8am, you should have someone ready to handle the passengers needing a car.”

“Hertz has struggled with having available cars in this location for the last couple of years following the Covid over reactions, but as of late they have been coming through for my team and I with good cars and always excellent customer service. My last rental was a great experience.”

“Very good! Sandy was super nice and mo was very friendly! I had gotten stuck in Bloomington on the way to a funeral in Michigan (I’m coming from Texas) because my car broke down. They were SO nice, so nice that they came and picked me up to get the rental so I could get on my way. Very understanding. Thank you guys!!”

“TL;DR: If you need to rent a car in town (not at the airport), this is your place!
We’ve been in between a 2nd vehicle for a few months, so have used this Enterprise location several times now. Customer service has always been great, the vehicles have been solid, and when there was an issue with one of the rentals (had to wash it), I was compensated at turn in time for my efforts. Location is decent, think of of it as South Mercer instead of South Veteran’s if that helps!”
