“We like this hyvee a lot. It's close to home. Usually no problems. In the last month, we had to bag our own groceries twice. I am 66 with disabilities in my arms. I was by myself at that time. The second time my husband 68 was with me and he bagged the groceries. While a young man stood there yawning. Both times our carts were medium to completely full. This doesn't look good on hyvee when older people are bagging their own groceries especially when we are loyal and spend good money at your store.”

As I was looking through the cake selection book I happened to look over and up behind the bakery counter and I saw the most fantastic cheeseburger cake. I spoke with Monika, and found out that it was a specialty cake that she had just added to display. I asked if it was possible to customize it as my son eats plain hamburgers and would find the humor in that and Monika was very accommodating. The cake turned out so amazing. The reason that I did was Kiara and Ashley both greeted me as I entered the store, made me feel welcome, and had the cleanest restrooms I've been in all year! I was so relieved when I walked in that there wasn't toilet paper all over the floor, urine all over the toilet, or trash all around the trash can. They literally have a sign on the wall that says you deserve to have a clean restroom! You cannot understand how important this is when traveling with children! The restrooms even smell clean. the prices on all of their products are comparable to the competitors. The location is right off the expressway. And the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend stopping here even if you just need to use the restroom!”

She went above and beyond to assist me with two desiel pumps because I have two desiel tanks. She was patient with me and made me feel better than a customer. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
