“I went into Adrian's for the first time a few days ago with my 86-year-old grandma to replace her worn-out Keds with a more orthopedic, supportive shoe. We were immediately helped by one friendly, knowledgeable employee who measured her and began gathering options to try on. It was refreshing to see such a young employee so patient, caring and affable - especially with a senior! She was later joined by another employee who seemed to know every brand and which was good for what, etc. She was very gentle and patient with helping my grandma try on each shoe. Her POV on fit and features was much appreciated (e.g., she called out that the larger pull/tab on the back of one shoe would make it very easy to slide on, she offered to swap out non-stretch laces with stretch ones). It's beyond refreshing to still see this kind of customer service + quality product + knowledgeable staff. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian's! They also have a pretty great and well stocked sale room, for the bargain shoppers. :)”
“Finish Line in Bloomington helped us solve a peculiar problem. We purchased shoes at FL in Des Moines, IA. Only to drive home and find we had 2 right shoes. After reaching out to the Des Moines store and getting no help and from a very rude manager, a wonderful lady from the Bloomington store took care of the problem like a rockstar!”

“I'm not generally fond of shopping for shoes in an actual store but I actually like this place. The women's section is much larger than the men's but there's still a pretty decent selection of men's shoes. Prices are pretty reasonable and they do run a number of specials every month.
I find the staff to be pretty laid back which is great for me because I don't want to be hassled while looking for shoes. If I need help, I just flag someone down and they're always very nice about it.”
