“Nowadays, most of what we hear on social media are negative t hings happening around us. But what I want to share is a positive experience I had with one of your employees at the Bolingbrook branch. On April 20,2023,I opened a CD account at the bank. I was attended by Monica Esparza, one of your sales representative. I handed her my envelope of cash and check to open my account. She went out of the office we were in to count the money and deposit the check. When she came back she informed me that I have given her $500 more than what I stated and what I wanted to do with it. I told her to put it back on my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and and I know she could have not divulge about the error which my husband admitted he was so in a hurry when he counted and handed me the money. You have a very honest employee and I want you to know that and how grateful I am of her honesty and integrity.. More power to you and I am a happy and grateful customer of your bank.”

Today, we went in to close our premiere checking account because we couldn't maintain the required balance and don't want to pay the monthly fees... we get there and the very nice young man tells us that we don't have to close the account if we don't want to, we can just change the type of checking account! Five minutes later we're all done and it was painless!”

“My bank since I was 16 years old I am now almost 30 never had a bad experience always so friendly have lost my debit card few times getting a new one there is always an easy process I have only had to dispute once a charge went to a liquidation store bought a bed frame came home to build it turns out it was half the bed I went back to the store they said their policy is no refunds and they didn’t have the other box that was supposed to go with the bed was totally scammed disputed the charge and got my money back”

“I really don't understand why people are always unhappy. I live a few blocks from our branch and I come quite often with different questions and every time the workers are very polite, they immediately want to help you and help you with any question. Where do you get all these complaints from? Seriously, you are asking people to be robots, not people. But if there are some rules, which are not actually created by the workers there, why are you upset with them. Is it really not possible to accept the situation as it is, especially since it is not the fault of the workers? They do their best. Maybe it would be much better if we were more lenient with each other and left our grievances and offenses at home when we set off somewhere. Thus we would make life more beautiful, first of all for ourselves, but also for those around us.”
