“Nowadays, most of what we hear on social media are negative t hings happening around us. But what I want to share is a positive experience I had with one of your employees at the Bolingbrook branch. On April 20,2023,I opened a CD account at the bank. I was attended by Monica Esparza, one of your sales representative. I handed her my envelope of cash and check to open my account. She went out of the office we were in to count the money and deposit the check. When she came back she informed me that I have given her $500 more than what I stated and what I wanted to do with it. I told her to put it back on my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and and I know she could have not divulge about the error which my husband admitted he was so in a hurry when he counted and handed me the money. You have a very honest employee and I want you to know that and how grateful I am of her honesty and integrity.. More power to you and I am a happy and grateful customer of your bank.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Chase thanks to Agne, the Assistant Vice President of the branch. I originally came in to get some documents for an account I thought I had successfully opened online, only to find out I had made some errors and was locked out of my account. Agne quickly assessed the situation, patiently explained what went wrong, and took immediate action to resolve it.
She sat down with me, walked me through the entire process step by step, and corrected all the issues I had created in error. She even opened up a new account for me and ensured all the incorrect information from the previous attempt was purged properly.
