“Costco Pharmacy went out of their way to get my diabetic supplies I needed. They made every effort to get the correct needles on-time contacting Dr/Nurse for me which I had left messages for. I really appreciated that because I was almost out. Just wanted to say they make sure to let you know! Easy to talk to and pick-up in store or delivery.”

“I was stranded at this BP station a couple of weeks ago on a trip from Springfield, Il to Chicago when my coolant hose exploded forcing me to pull off of the interstate and into the first station off the ramp. The clerk on duty here of Palestinian descent was one of the most kindhearted men I have ever met in my life. I know absolutely nothing about cars so I was in a panic and already 3hrs in on a trip away from home. A tow truck was not an option. The gentleman who worked there went way above and beyond duty to help me. He diagnosed the problem and even changed my busted hose and refilled the coolant fluid for me that I ubered to O'Reilly's to purchase so I could continue driving to Chicago. To top it off, when he finished he refused to accept payment from me for his kind act. I am terribly grateful to this man, whose name I am ashamed to admit I don't remember because I didn't write this review right away, but I will FOREVER be thankful for his kindness in my time of need and I wish a lifetime of blessings to him and his loved ones.Thank you sir for restoring my faith in the kindness of mankind. The prices are slightly higher than my regular station in Chicago, which was very surprising to me.I did not go inside so I'm not really sure about the service or amenities, but I would assume it is like other 7-Eleven/Mobil stations.Not disappointed but wasn't exactly ecstatic either (because of the higher prices).”

“I just came here after being denied service at shell for using coins. I asked the young man if I could pay in quarters and he said of course. Money is money. I then explained how I was treated at shell. He took the time to listen to my story and then APOLOGIZED for how I was treated. Even though it had nothing to do with him. “Yeah, I'm the dork who is going to sit here and review a gas station. I don't care really, because this is my favorite station of them all! For the most part, I was a Speedway gal for the longest, but I've been cheating on them for a plethora of reasons. The gas prices here are on par with the rest, and their cigarette prices are 50 cents less than Speedway. Circle K also has a rewards program similar to the one at Speedway. Scan your card and with enough purchases of the same items, you get one free (ex. Frito Lay products, coffee, fountain drinks.) It is sad to admit that one too many of my meals come off a roller grill at a gas station. Unlike Speedway, this place always has fresh stuff up there, and nothing looks dried out and questionable. I once spied what could only be defined as a mummified hot dog at Speedway once. The coffee here kicks the a** of the crap they sell at Speedway. Since they have an urn system, as opposed to pots, the coffee stays fresher longer, and does not acquire that bitter, burnt taste to it. Even in the evening, they have a few varieties of coffee ready to go. The best part is they have Almond Joy flavored creamer! There is also a large selection of non-Lipton herbal and flavored teas. Everything is always well stocked, and very clean. Service has always been super-friendly, albeit a little slow at times. They may only have one cashier on duty, which causes a backup if one or two people in line have extensive Lotto purchases.”

I am writing to confirm that your help in my time of need proves how very well your company and terrific employee M. Riaz at the Circle K 255 N. Weber Rd., Bolingbrook, IL location succeeded in that goal. It was early evening as I was on my way to provide a ride home from work for a teenage family member when I discovered that I had forgotten my phone at my house. I had not often been to their place of work, so I was depending on the phone's "maps" application to navigate there. When I realized the problem, it was too late to return home to get it, and still arrive on time. I became very concerned about being late, and causing him to wait alone in the dark. So I stopped at the CircleK where Mr. M. Riaz was working to ask for directions. He looked up the information, and let me copy down the details he had found for me. His helpfulness engaged another customer who suggested an alternate route too. I thanked Mr. Riaz from the bottom of my heart, and hurried to safely pick up my grandson just a few minutes later. Thank you for building your team with such dependable and compassionate employees, who "care about brightening peoples' days" as your website says. Mr. Riaz certainly brightened mine! I don't think I have been to a Circle K station before, but I intend to go out of my way to purchase gas and car washes at this location in the future.”
“First all the people that work the morning shift are very friendly. I usually stop in early in the morning for 50 mile commute into work. They are always reminding me to ensure my coffee lid is on tight and be safe.
As for the store, it's a Meijer gas station, so it is pretty basic. Nothing fancy. I normally just get coffee and hard boiled eggs so I can't speak to much else in terms of food selection.
The other thing is, at that time you can pretty much pop in and out in about 3 mins.
Raymond is pretty a staple in that store, I can only count a handful times I've been in there in the morning and he's not there.”
