“Costco Warehouse in Naperville is a classic Costco win - clean, well-organized, and dangerously good for your wallet (because you will buy more than planned). The staff is friendly and efficient, checkout moves fast even during peak hours, and the inventory is well-stocked with everything from groceries to those “how did this end up in my cart?” impulse buys. Gas station lines can get busy, but the savings make it worth the wait. Overall, reliable, convenient, and a solid 5-star stop for bulk lovers and free-sample hunters alike.”

“The best car wash around I never thought about buying a monthly pass until I found this place water continues to bead off my car days after it's been washed highly recommended”

“I love when I go to the gas station and don't have to switch pumps because one isn't working but nobody bothered to put a sign out or have issues with printing receipts, etc. Getting gas should be a simple procedure & as long as it stays that way, you won't get any complaints out of me, except about the prices:) Thank you!”

“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”

“Always crowded no matter what day I go. This is a dangerous place to go to because they're emptying my pocket every time. My family will not be happy if I don't go groceries shopping here. We're so hooked. We love their precooked dinner like lasagna, meatloaf, chicken pasta, salmon seafood stuffing and many more... My pets foodd and supplies were also purchased here. Not to mention the all seasons decorating, flowers, plants, medicines, and even jewelry. As long as you can afford it, Costco have it all.”

“The employee George was super nice and helpful to the little old lady in front of my daughter and me in line last night. Even carried her stuff outside and helped her pump her gas once the store was cleared out. Not very often you see an employee go above and beyond for a customer and it’s nice to see there is still good in this world. He helped my daughter convince me to buy her candy and juice so she only wants to go to this gas station now.”

“It’s cold outside (imagine that, in Chicago) get in my car and tire pressure is low on all 4 tires, exceptionally low on one. Costco took my car in right away and ended up finding a nail in one, they quickly fixed it, checked all of the tires and just aired those up and sent me on my way. We really appreciate the service we always receive from Costco Tire, fair prices and convenient hours.”

“Guys I need to know if these pumps are pure diesel or biodiesel blend. Also do you have other locations? I have to drive 20 miles out of my way to fill my tank. Lastly it states that its not a shell product. Does this contain any additives? How frequent are the diesel replenished? How do you maintain the quality? I ask these questions because no station is able to answer this for me. Also, illinois made it law that all diesels must contain 20% or upto 20% biodiesel this past april or may. This is not good for fuel system! I only givr 4 stars because this place is a bit pricey and the attendants need to know the products they are sellling; ie the specifics of the diesel they sell in my case”

They don’t just do their job, they actually go out of their way to help you when they don’t have to — and they do it with a smile every time. You can just feel the good vibes when you walk in. Nicest, kindest crew I’ve ever come across at a spot like this. Easy five stars, no question.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
