“Great experience! Evan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a nice variety of chairs: massage, zero gravity, and lift. They have mattresses and pillows also. What makes the store great though is the personalized service. I also talked to Tom on the phone. He also knows his stuff. Nobody was pushy. If you go in and like the store, give them a good review. They deserve it, but probably will not ask for it. I felt it was the least I could do. I think I will end up buying a chair. Already bought a pillow. Thanks Evan!”

“I brought in two IBM Correcting Selectric II typewriters that had not been used for quite a few years. They would turn on, but barely could type a few letters. They were gummed up pretty badly from lack of use. I didn't want to dispose of them. I loved them in high school typing class and I felt they were THE best typewriters ever made and wanted one so badly. I brought both of them to Wagner Office Machines. It took a few weeks; I wasn't in any hurry. When I picked them up, they looked brand new. They were thoroughly cleaned and lubricated. They both type beautifully. The keys are responsive, no lag or sticking whatsoever. They put in new ribbons. I have the same elements and they type perfectly. I type practice drills on them a few times a week to keep them "exercised" and in good working order. The key is, they said, to use them to keep them working. Thanks for the great service.”

“Due to some logistical issues, we needed to hold a company-wide sales meeting in our small distribution center office in the Naperville, IL area. Reps from all over were descending on our facility. We didn't have enough furniture to accommodate everyone. With one phone call to Joe, at Office Furniture Solutions, our office furniture requirements were fulfilled, and the items we needed we ready that same day. He helped me with desks to find what I needed as well to make sure that I had a full upgrade of my home office. Not only was Chris super responsive he actually loaded my truck for me with all the new office supplies. Super easy, super awesome, and would totally recommend. “I went to four printers in person and explained what I needed done. I met with Brandon Friday morning and he was courteous, professional and wrote down what I needed. I came in Monday and he had a sample done the way we discussed. I paid for it and will have it in plenty of time for my event Thursday. Brandon did a great job. Surprisingly none of the other three printers followed through in the same manner. Great experience!! Thank You Brandon!!”

“I purchased a Kyocera printer from Business Machine Agents, Inc., a couple of years ago and it has been an awesome workhorse in my office. BMA was absolutely wonderful with resolving a minor technical issue that we experienced with the printer/computer connection a few weeks after the installation. The technician was able to resolve/fix the issue quickly and easily--made my day and impressed my front office as well.
