“I have a 2025 Kia K5 GT with matte gray paint and it was side-swiped in the parking lot. I was extremely apprehensive about taking it anywhere to be repaired because matte paint is reportedly very difficult to work with and color match. I called a handful of auto body shops and most would not touch it because of the matte paint. CARSTAR was recommended by my insurance company and they had excellent reviews online..When I called them, they were very professional and said they could do the work, so I scheduled an appointment for the estimate. The estimator was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. CARSTAR said they could do the repair work, so I gave them the approval and scheduled a day to drop off my car. I was still nervous about the repair. I was worried the matte paint would not match, and I was also worried they would wash my car with the wrong products when they were done. They had my vehicle 29 days, which was around the original timeline. When I picked it up on Friday (12/12/25), however, it was absolutely beautiful! The repair was flawless and they detailed my vehicle inside and out. I could not be happier with the repair! I highly recommend CARSTAR without any hesitation. They have my business for life!”

“These guys are great. They will do most repairs on site instead of you having to bring trucks and trailers to them. If it's not a super extensive job they'll come to you. I've had them do PMs, engine light repairs, fuel tank straps, a fuel tank, fix air leaks, and more. Cyle is always nice even if you wake him up at 4:30 in the morning. They go the extra mile for their customers.”

“Albert came out and saved me when my tire blew out yesterday. My State Farm App gave me a time frame of 45-75min for roadside to arrive, once he was dispatched I waited less than 20min. He was kind and comforting, changed my tire so fast, and helped me get my spare inflated (after 6 years in the trunk it was a little flat), he made sure I had everything I need for my tire to be replaced today. I think he could tell I was a bit shaken by everything that happened so he made sure I was okay. If you need a tow or roadside help ask for Albert.”

“From Michigan and van went dead Saturday night in Downer's Grove. Had to be towed initially to AAA service center and they couldn't work on it and suggested Multi State. Had towed there and Dan was outstanding to work with. They took a couple of days and found the root problem and repaired quickly at a very fair price. Highly recommend them as the first go to place for vehicle repairs and maintenance”

I'll start by saying I was quite nervous when getting estimates because I am a female and it was intimidating, especially when I don't know anything about car repair. I am so grateful to have found this facility. From the moment I arrived, Bob was such a kind and polite man. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in great detail. He even gave me tips on things we could do to save money. I did get other estimates as well but just as I thought, Bob provided me with the best estimate of all. “I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.”

Then the guy in the tow yard went above and beyond. No hesitation, no attitude — just straight help. He jumped my battery, got my hatch open, helped me grab all my stuff, even pulled out Allen keys and screwdrivers to get things off properly. Dude was amazing.
