“Called this company for a sudden issue with our company van. Communication– clear as day, straight to the point, very friendly & professional. Price – no surprises; what was agreed over the phone was exactly what we were charged, with no issues. ETA – 30 minutes. They arrived even earlier and picked up our driver. If all Class 8 towing companies were even 40% as good as this company, our life as a carrier would be a whole lot easier. Thank you, Mike!”

“I’ve been working with onsite and Cyle for about 7 years now with my work trucks. I call constantly at the worst times and he always delivers. Out of 4 different welding groups at my job I was the only crew that went 3 years without a single day of lost production because of vehicle issues. Cyle fixed my truck on the spot, over the weekends and overnights to make sure I stayed rolling all week!! Great job team!! Highly advise using these guys for all your maintenance needs!!”

“While on a cross country road trip, our car unexpectedly had an issue with our front bumper that left it undrivable. We pulled in without notice when the shop was closed and the manager offered to fix our car himself, securing our safety for the rest of our journey. He was so kind, generous and exceedingly knowledgeable. He refused payment, only wanting our safety and well being. Please frequent Mark’s Service Center!! They deserve your repeated business and respect for their business ethics.”

“I couldn't have ask for a better experience from a body shop. The staff was great and the work they did on my Honda was even better. It was top notch. As someone who has been in the auto restoration field for nearly 30 years (and has seen alot of subpar bodywork performed elsewhere over the years) I am so happy I chose White Eagle in Naperville when I actually needed work done on my own vehicle.”

“Mr. Steger (Dave) and his brother, were referred to me by my neighbor, when I was in need of a good local mechanic trustworthy & reasonable. Mr. Steger is fantastic and thorough. He takes the time to fix the real problem, not just doing a band-aid fix like many mechanics. I have been very impressed by Dave's help, kindness & being a very knowledgeable great guy as well. I trust them with any of my vehicles for great work at a fair price. You will too. Their shop was hard to find with a small window placque sign but he is there...look for the cars parked outside their shop.”

“I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.”

“I must say as a women who has been in the towing insdustry for over 20 years and own my own company I was highly impressed! driver said 3 weeks on the job it made me cringe however this young man is highly skilled and very respectful. I called the company and spoke to the owner to let him know I was very much impressed. You can hear how the man speaks how proud he is and humble of his business and employees!
