“Mark Melchor and Shawn went above and beyond to help me get things fixed so I could move some furniture back to Missouri, when the U-Haul trailer I had rented was not having good connection of the lights. After having to pick up the trailer 45 minutes away, and use the Kennedy Dr. Location to try to get the lights to connect correctly, the U-Haul place would nor have been able to fix the problem until Monday. This was on Sat. We had to leave on Sunday. After calling around to a few places, Tuffy's was suggested to us. They were willing to work us in to their schedule and spent a while troubleshooting the issue and fixing it. Such pleasant and wonderful service. Would highly recommend this business for your auto needs!”

I only let Meineke work on my vehicle and I was giving you all a chance as a potential back up.
