“Friendly business with willingness to negotiate pricing given financial hardship. Welcoming and understanding. Quick to repair and showed us what needed to be done and why. Reasonable pricing.”
“Kenny’s Auto is a great mechanic shop. I went in on short notice to get a pre purchase inspection done on a truck I was interested in purchasing from a local dealer. Kenny went over the whole truck thoroughly and was very knowledgeable throughout the inspection process.”
“There was no pressure for a sale. The salesperson, Allison, provided us with an opportunity to test drive all the vehicles we were interested in. The purchase process went smoothly and all questions we had were answered. The features of the vehicle were covered, explained and demonstrated. We chose KIA of Bradley because they have always been honest, efficient, and fair with servicing our other vehicles. They did not pressure additional services and listened to our concerns about services we wanted done.”
“Car broke down around the corner from the shop at 830 on a Sunday night. Left it there with a note. They got her fixed up and out the door the very next day. Exceptional service”
