Following a recent health diagnosis, I’ve used your drive up program and not for a minute do I miss shopping. The kids (sorry if they are older but they seem young) that have delivered my groceries are always courteous and thoughtful. Last week, it was pouring rain and 2 (that I saw) of your associates were hustling. I sent my husband in for one more item I had forgotten and asked him to pass on the feedback at front counter. The woman working there, VERY RUDE. My husband stated “I just want you to know the wonderful experience we have had with your drive up ordering program and she replied - “oh, happy to hear they are actually doing their job”. This is sad. We’ve been using this program for over 6 months and always had a great experience. Sure, sometimes they run over, however, they communicate. I hope who ever this woman is, surely isn’t managing a team, because people like her are culture killers and gives a bad taste in a youngsters early stages in the work world. Sorry for the novel, but I wanted you to know how much we appreciate your team as it has helped me while being recently disabled. Thank you”

“Always great service. They are very kind and actually answer the phone when you call!! They are super helpful too. They signed my fiance up for an account and went through every step and were very patient. Highly recommend switching to this pharmacy!”

“I was the person at the other pump when Vanessa came in- this woman interrupted other transactions to get help with what ended up being her own fault. I had to pay twice for my own gas because she couldn't figure out how a regular gas pump worked and assumed the cashier had put her gas on the wrong pump, despite her pumping part of it. She cussed at the employee multiple times while she was trying to explain how the rewards system processes point discounts. The employee never swore at her- I wouldve though. Stop lying on the internet, Vanessa.”

“As a kid this store felt like family to me. I would often be sent across the street to get groceries for my mom and our family got to know the employees well. Chen and his wife worked in the sushi department and one day taught my older brother how to make sushi while we were shopping. I was so jealous! That day we took home a bunch of sushi my brother had made. The ladies at the bakery would always give my siblings cookies when we visited and since I was on a gluten free diet sometimes they would give me other gf baked desserts. Once I got a whole GF cake! (It was a very small one but still) They made me feel special instead of left out. A Jewish employee found out we were also Jewish and gave us her father’s old books. Mrs Robin would always greet us and make small talk! There was this cart guy who sang and whistled while bringing the carts in! I always felt so safe here. I realize this doesn’t say much about how this store is today but I enjoyed reminiscing. I hope you keep up the welcoming family atmosphere Kroger.”

“Despite the bad reviews and the clutter of the store, I have to give a huge shoutout to two of the hardest workers I know! If you go in and Ray, or Spencer are working, you will have a great time and awesome experience. Those two are the only reason I shop here and come back. They listen and don’t talk badly about their customers or coworkers.”
