“Excellent sale workers were putting stock out and when I ask them about items they just pointed me towards the front and I still couldn't find the item the cashier was very friendly.”
“I had a great experience buying my couch and bed. Yaseen was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture!”
“Good service and delivery was fantastic. The sofa we ordered couldn't fit through the door and they took the door off, sofa in, door back on. Easy, fast, great service.”

“Great experience! Carlos was very helpful and allowed us time and space to view all our options. Check out was quick and efficient. Prices were perfect for our budget.”
“Ibrahim did a great job helping us design our kitchen remodel. We are very happy with the results. He was with us every step of the way. He helped us pick high quality cabinets at a reasonable price. He made several visits during the job to make sure everything was going well and to help with trim options. We would not hesitate to recommend Ibrahim to our family and friends. Thank you Ibrahim!”
“I’ve never seen a vintage spot with as big of a selection as this place. We found a phenomenal MCM cabinet that we now use as a bar in our dining area - very fairly priced and the staff was helpful with loading it into our truck. So many great items!”

“I just moved into my new place and was riding past to go into another store, when I decided to take a peek into this store… MY O MY am I glad I decided to….. I was like a kid in the candy store! They have a really big variety of options, the prices are VERY REASONABLE and the customer service was amazing. Ayman really made me a customer for life!!! Very impressive with helping on the cost NOT to just make a sale.. and he actually worked with me within my price point.. and STILL provided phenomenal services with prices!!! The QUALITY was also one of the most important parts of service.”

“Great selections for a very reasonable price. Place is clean, owner and workers are friendly, and I liked how relaxing it was. I will definitely be shopping at Thrift from now on. Also love how Thrift supports other Black owned businesses ❤️”
“Fantastic vintage shop. Lots of great pieces. Filled with collectible glassware and decor. As a collector and reseller, it’s not priced in a way that works for me but it’s still got a great selection for those who aren’t looking for a crazy steal.”
“Such a cute store! Went the other day to look for some holiday gifts and spent over an hour just wondering around. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The toy selection was unique and well priced, and the Christmas decor was incredible! Definitely worth the drive!”

“I have purchased a lot of things and the quality is excellent. I don't think it's that expensive but it comes from Méx and she pays taxes and other fees. I like the store
Expensive the Museo de Mexico”
“We worked with Lupe Martinez out of the Orland Park, IL Ethan Allen location. Everything was done over the phone, even late after hours. We used the area rug visualizer to see what our new 9'x12' area rug would look like and that really closed the sale. It took about 4 weeks to get and fits beautify in our Great Room. We were so thankful we were able to work with Lupe at Ethen Allen, Orland Park, IL. She truly is a dedicated interior designer.(The photo's may not do it justice)”

“Fun store to visit. I went to 2 locations. One was in Bridgeview on 88th Harlem, and 2nd one was in Orland Square. Both locations are free standing. They are open every day except Sunday and certain holidays. They offer a variety of home decor, craft materials and seasonal items. I recommend people visit to take a peek. Both have handicap parking. The orland store has a few floors. They have elevators and an escalator if needed.”

“This small artesian mexican store is perfect for local mexican items. They have cantaritos in various sizes, shirts, mexican skirts and rebozos, catrinas, and other various mexican items. Definitely enjoyed shopping there.”
“Ordered a very reasonably priced and good quality pre-owned couch for delivery. Called to schedule a time for delivery, the woman on the phone was polite and cordial and the date and delivery process was communicated clearly to me. Received the couch today at the scheduled time and the delivery men were very friendly and did a great job carrying it up three flights of stairs!!! Entire process was easy and well communicated, really appreciate the service.”
“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”
“One of my favorite shops in all of Chicagoland. I always find something special and unique. The owner has special ordered items for me and staff has gone out of their way to help me find the perfect gift.”
“Tim is amazing! He has a great eye and does a superb job staging his furniture. I have purchased various pieces from him over the years and always enjoy a friendly conversation with when in his shop. His product moves fast so you must pop into his store frequently. I highly recommend Dial M! Much success in your new spot!”
“Allison did a wonderful job working with us, helping us pick out three different coordinating tiles for our master bath and matching grout. She was great to work with and very nice! Would come back to her 10/10 times.”
“Everyone seemed nice and the store was clean. Items were getting restocked and refilled so it wasnt as full as I've seen. But still found great deals and all kinds of other good stuff.”

“Moe Ali, awesome, great customer service personality. All around a great employee. He needs a raise. Sexy, built, just an awesome person. More Suleiman you are so shy. You seem like a great person just need to put your big boy pants on and don't be shy. If you don't think anything about yourself who is going to. I know you can do this.
Thank you so much.”
