After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”

“After being turned away at a couple of other locations for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was emotionally drained. I know every shop has different capabilities, so this isn’t a knock on anyone else. By the time I walked into this Jiffy Lube today, I just needed someone to care enough to help me figure it out.
From the moment I called before inarrived, Bonnie assured me they’d help me. Upon arrival Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Watching them work together was honestly refreshing. Everyone jumped in to help each other without hesitation. There was no ego, no chaos, just a team of people who clearly care about doing great work and taking care of the people who walk through their doors.
What meant the most was that they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t rush me, pressure me into buying things I didn’t need, or make me feel like I was just another customer. They treated me like a person.
They probably have no idea how much they helped me today, but they did. My car isn’t just my car, it’s my livelihood as an Uber driver. If my car isn’t running, I can’t work. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind during a really stressful day.
If you’re looking for a shop that sees you as a person first and a customer second, this is the place. Great mechanics can fix a car. Great people can make a difficult day feel manageable again. Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team did that for me today.

Last night I stopped by to check my oil...because my light on dashboard came up.I was not trully familiar with my options,but Ronnie explained everything to me about 2 free topping up oil between the full oil change visits. He was very nice and friendly and took care of topping up the oil. He turned off the light on my dashboard as well and told me when will be my next visit for second top up. I had no idea I have such a option. I appreciate Ronnie's help. More nice guys like him and his co-workers are needed everywhere. Dave came and told me that my oil was really low. He took the time to tell me that Hyundais burn oil very fast and that I need to check it every thousand miles. No one has ever taken the time to teach me this. You can tell the employees there really care about the people they serve.”

“Been coming here for years the main guy Yousef has always been so kind to my family and I. He’s very reasonably priced and is always looking out for the next person! My father recently had surgery and hasn’t been able to help me fix my car and Yousef took it upon himself to help me in any way he can which is why his shop will always have my business! Also today while getting some work done and having to wait around a bit longer than normal he offered me a falafel sandwich from the Nile restaurant around the corner and of course I accepted?”
