“After being turned away at a couple of other locations for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was emotionally drained. I know every shop has different capabilities, so this isn’t a knock on anyone else. By the time I walked into this Jiffy Lube today, I just needed someone to care enough to help me figure it out.
From the moment I called before inarrived, Bonnie assured me they’d help me. Upon arrival Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Watching them work together was honestly refreshing. Everyone jumped in to help each other without hesitation. There was no ego, no chaos, just a team of people who clearly care about doing great work and taking care of the people who walk through their doors.
What meant the most was that they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t rush me, pressure me into buying things I didn’t need, or make me feel like I was just another customer. They treated me like a person.
They probably have no idea how much they helped me today, but they did. My car isn’t just my car, it’s my livelihood as an Uber driver. If my car isn’t running, I can’t work. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind during a really stressful day.
If you’re looking for a shop that sees you as a person first and a customer second, this is the place. Great mechanics can fix a car. Great people can make a difficult day feel manageable again. Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team did that for me today.

The team detected a leak in my oil tank and showed me how to check oil level, as a safety precaution, until I have a chance to get the leak repaired. I will never go anywhere else. “I had called at first, and Cordero answered, I was asking about pricing for an oil change. He was very kind and super helpful, and very fast at responding. I didn’t have to wait on hold like every other place. I was just across the street so I told him I’ll just stop on in and then we can go From there. Cordero and I Joe were so polite, and very cautious with my vehicle which made me feel I was going to be in good hands. I came in for a pricing and both of them worked together to get me what I needed in a very timely manor. So this well I’ll be back for my oil change. “Brandon was the professional that helped me this morning. When I pulled in he quickly greeted me and I guess since it was such a muggy morning he offered me a cold bottle of water. And I said can I get an oil change. He said yes so they started doing what they do but I wanted to know the price and Brandon works on the price after I give him the information requested but before he has the price he tells me “you know oil changes done went up” I’m thinking to myself “well if I don’t like the price that I hear then I will just go to another “ but honestly I didn’t want to go to another I just wanted 1-2-3?✨?have a nice day✌?Obviously Brandon could feel that I would leave if I didn’t like the price so he said I’m gone take care of you but I notice they already working and Brandon says ma’am Everything will be Ok then he gives me my price and then he tells me I should have my filter changed once every year and shows me mine I really didn’t want to spend the extra money but Brandon let me know how Important it is to change your filter because It’s gone make a difference on your gas he informed me that I would be able to get more out of my gas. And with the way gas prices are I need everything to squeeze all possible out of every gallon that go into my car. All in all I had a quick informative experience that was affordable and important for my car. And no Brandon I was not gone curse you out if I didn’t like the price I was gone respectfully decline the service and go to another. I’m glad you help me I was very pleased you are a very handsome young man who knows his stuff I will return and recommend ??”

After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”
