“I appreciate the employees in this location beyond words. I use this post office constantly to renew my passport, and sending packages a couple of times a week. Every time I visit this location, they are curteous, kind, and helpful. I went in recently & felt so bad for the employees because it was over 95 degrees out & the ac was out. They were still so kind, when I was annoyed just dropping off packages for a few minutes. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to give props to them for being so positive in such an annoying situation.”
“I I just wanna give a five star review To the ladies at the front desk area in Bellwood post office on Saint Charles they were very diligent in helping me calm my nerves because I was rattled out of a bit waking up and couldn’t find my mail due to my own. Mishap or what not bottom line they got down to the bottom of it literally and now I have found my mail and happily ever after. Wanna give Grace and a shout out to the team, especially those ladies Jay, and T.”
“We just moved to Justice and this is our new post office. I am extremely happy The town we were in before they were not as efficient as this location. I've been here a few times now and had different people taking care of us and the ladies there are so nice. Thank you for everything ladies”

“After having only lived in Westchester for a couple of years, I can happily state that this Post Office has the most helpful employees. Anytime I have gone in, I find them to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I’d like to particularly call out the outstanding work that Stephanie does. Though there have been times when the lack of air-conditioning has left the lobby very hot, Stephanie has always maintained her upbeat positive outlook. This translates into great Customer Service! Thank you!”

Already came with passport photos which I took on my phone with an app. Then I just printed them at Walgreens for $1.99 rather than paying $16.99. Already save cost there since purchasing a passport can be expensive.”

“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).
I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.

“Kenneth is the best. He acknowledges everyone and happy to help. I was going to prioritize mail and he suggested certified to send tax info because as long as it’s postmarked, no penalties. He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!”

There is free visitor parking just north of the building. Walking time to post office maybe 4 mins. Overall I had a great experience.”
“I am always stressed to the max when coming to the post office but my lovely new friend Cherie that works there was so calm and helpful. I had to repackage all of my things twice so I saw her interacting with a lot of people that came through and she is truly such a sweet and kind lady. Also very knowledgeable about her job. Will gladly drive out of the city to come to this post office again.”
“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”

I always have a wonderful experience at this post office, thanks to Tim. He is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome.
One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference.
He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!”
“Strangely enough I have a fair bit of experiences with many different post offices in the area and this location is by far one of the nicest. The employees have come to recognize me and I am able to joke around with them which breaks the usual PO tension.”

“The lovely elderly lady who did our passports was just so kind gentle lovely spoke some words of wisdom to us and said if I was teaching my girls to write cursive I said yes she mentioned how sad that schools are not showing that anymore to students and she said make sure to practice because next time that you're here you will get to sign your own passport. She mentioned I won't be here anymore to witness but for sure you both will be back and that made me sad her saying that but what's overall customer service was amazing”

I sell & ship rare plants & they've always gotten to their destination when I mail from this post office. I've had issues at other locations but this one has consistently followed through & been super nice. I'll always come here & am grateful for them!”

It was my first time doing this so I was nervous to do something wrong but they helped me pick the right envelope, stapled my photo on the application and made sure the shipping label was on correctly.”
