“I have been to many vets all around the Chicago area for my dogs and cats, and I trust none of them on the level I trust Mayfair Animal Clinic. The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”
“Absolutely wonderful to work with. When i went to get my precious Bengal you could immediately tell she was a very well adjusted social cat(she wags her tail like a dog when she’s happy) With such a sweet demeanor. I was initially a little worried because she was coming from so far away, but she was one of the most well-adjusted kittens I’ve ever seen had a three hour car ride home and she literally loved every minute of it The people are great and the facility is spotless. Definitely will Get my next kitty cat from them! Highly recommend.”

“The other day, my family and I walked into the store, woefully unprepared to get the cat of our dreams. We had never had a cat before, and this was our first time even thinking about what we would need to care and treat for our new family member. We were completely dumbfounded in the aisles upon aisles of cat items and it was painfully obvious. Thankfully, that was when an amazing worker came along to help us. What was shaping up to be a daunting task became easy thanks to her help. She knew exactly what toys, litter, etc. to buy for our soon-coming cat and made our lives ten times easier. If it weren't for her, we would probably still be in those aisles looking at the tens upon tens of litter options! After my experience here, I'm not sure I'm ever going to go to a different pet store again! This was some of the best customer service I have ever had in my life! “Our experience at the self-wash pet station was a mix of highs and lows. On the negative side, the facility ran out of oatmeal shampoo, and the wash station was heavily littered with dog hair. On the positive side, the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond trying to coax our stubborn Rottweiler into the bath. When he refused to cooperate, they generously refunded our payment. I would gladly give them five stars in the future if the cleanliness of the area is improved.”
“An A+ for this store, I was there today and the guy at the cashier when I asked him if he could call someone because I needed help with some medicine for my dog, he immediately called so I could receive assistance, then a guy named Armando came and was super friendly, he took all the time necessary to explain to me about everything I was asking him, excellent worker, thanks to the attitude of these people of course I will gladly return to this store, I wish other stores had staff as cordial as here!!”

“I haven’t ever done business with this company but how you behave while branded with a company logo is important. That being said: there’s an intersection by my business that is ALWAYS blocked. Usually blocked over a crosswalk, too. To make the left turn I have to wait for a whole traffic light cycle or two because people rush to a red light only to block said intersection. But why are they rushing to a red light in the first place? Anyone? Anyone? Blocking intersections is illegal factually everywhere so I don’t know why people do it. They look like morons doing it. Not unlike leaving shopping carts out and about in parking lots. Looking at all you Costco shoppers who think it’s okay to hook them to the curbs by the trees. Maybe once a week some smart person doesn’t block said intersection. Today that was a Tank it Easy van. I tried to give the guy a thumbs up but I’m not sure if he saw me. Never heard of you before this, just looked you up and will refer you to anyone who so much as mentions the words fish, tank, shark or similar.”

“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”

When he was a puppy and needed to use it more often, late night and early morning needs as well of course 0 degree days. Ricky still goes out but for fun and when it works for me. “I picked up my online order and it was a quick process here than on the other location I use to go. Maybe I'll get my pet supplies here from now on. Also, I didn’t realize that the bedding I got was gigantic and got 3 packs. I decided to return 2 of them then and it wasn't a problem. I didn't get any weird looks or expressions. Also, I dropped one of my earphones somewhere in the store. Someone found it and put is safely away. I was aboe to retrieve it. Thanks so much!”

“A huge thank you to Liza B. at PetSmart for taking such amazing care of our Siberian Husky, Leo! He was looking pretty rough after blowing his winter coat, but Liza worked absolute miracles. She took her time with him, was incredibly patient and thorough, and made sure all of that loose undercoat was removed.
We treated Leo to the Furminator Summer Special package, and it was worth every penny! He came home looking like a brand-new dog, so much lighter, incredibly soft, fluffy, fresh, and sparkling clean. As a bonus, he even got the cutest summer flamingo bandana and a fun flamingo toy, which made the experience even more special!
You can tell Liza genuinely loves the pets she grooms and takes great pride in her work. Huskies are no easy task, but she handled Leo with such care and expertise. We will absolutely be requesting Liza B. every time. If you’re looking for an exceptional groomer who truly goes above and beyond, she’s the one. Thank you for making our handsome boy look and feel his very best!
