“**5 stars: Mikey went above and beyond** I was out on a camping trip when my car wouldn't start, and I had a hard time reaching anyone who could help. Mikey at Jacob's Mechanical Service & Towing was the one who came through. He was patient, easy to talk to, and pointed me to Aaron Pressor, who got my car jump started and back on the road. I really appreciated Mikey taking the time to help when I was stuck far from home. Highly recommend Mikey and the team at Jacob's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanic. I assumed Aaron Pressor is a person Mikey referred you to. If it's a business or a product instead, let me know and I'll adjust the wording.”

“Called Ben with an issue. He said to come on up and he would get me into shop. Arrived and was inside shop with a mechanic within 2 minutes. Got an honest assessment about issue and problem was fixed. It was an engine piston cooling oil command module that was unplugged while replacing the starter two days prior at another shop. I had not noticed it when I inspected the starter. Throwing codes up to Illinois. They COULD have told me to replace it, charged me 1000 bucks and just plugged old one in. Instead, plugged it in and didn't charge me for that particular issue. Anyway...honest mechanic and good customer service. If you have issues with your truck and you can make it to Carbondale Il....these guys are trustworthy.”

“While their bathroom is small and isn't ideal for someone in a wheelchair, I still choose to give Randys a 5 star rating. They are a body shop and not a place of casual gathering for all. Still, the staff is wonderful. They are always professional and kind. They keep you well informed. They do their best to get OEM parts for their customer and give you all the information you need in case you need to take it up with your insurance provider. I only have 2 small complaints. The waiting room and bathroom isn't ideal for a wheelchair user. The other being I want their dog and somehow, I don't think they will allow me to take it home with me. Their dog is so friendly.”

“E-Z towing is officially GOATED!! 🙌🏾Kayne sent Matt and T- money (Tyler) to rescue us after we got the truck stuck in the yard (Because driving in the yard after it rains in Reidland is so smart 😀) They also helped us get the U-haul and our Harley out of the mud, too (we were trying to load it in the u- haul) They were incredible sweet and didn't complain. They were wet and dirty, still smiling. God Bless you all. Thank you, again, for everything!”

“We got stranded after JUST entering illinois, we needed new ties but all the tire shops and walmart didnt have it. They had similar tires but they would not put em due to their policy. We called the c&w and they walked us through what we could do. They had us buy the similar tires and towed us back to the shop to put it on themselves. Everyone was hella cool and super helpful. Thanks to them we're finally able to get home and not be stranded”

“I had an excellent experience with Jason’s collision center. I recently used them for wrecker service to get my truck to my mechanic, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They showed up quickly, handled my vehicle with care, and made a stressful situation much easier than I expected. The driver was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need towing or collision services, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason’s Collision Center.”

“Marty was a life saver yesterday. He explained to me how busy they were due to rainy weather. Paducah had 22 wrecks when I called. He couldn’t guarantee that he could be able to help however asked me to call back later and he may. I called back later and he was there for me. - That is loyalty and a good soul! Thank you Marty! - it was not an urgent matter -”

“Truly incredible service and willingness to help in a tough situation. We had a trailer issue where one of our wheel bearings seized up on the highway. Not only did they come to help roadside but also rushed and worked late into the evening to fix and get us back on the road. Not only outstanding service but even better people at this company! Thanks so much. 5 stars isn’t enough!”

“I locked the keys in the truck around 8:30pm on a Monday night in metropolis. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure who I should call. I figured there would be a a crazy fee for it being so late. Because of that, I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in myself, while freezing to death. After almost 2 hours I gave up and decided to see if this tow service next door offered a lock service. They definitely did and the man that answered was incredibly kind even though I’m pretty sure I woke him up. He said I’ll be there in 10 min, he was there in 6. Had my truck unlocked in no time and it’s a manual lock that isn’t easy to get to. But he did it with ease. And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I was so afraid of. Times are tight and I am very thankful that there are helpful local companies like Burnhams, that we can turn to when we just can’t do it ourselves, and it not cost you your utility payment. Lol. Thank you again! Can’t recommend Burnhams enough”

“No one wants to visit a body shop- let’s be honest. But if you have too, visit Tony! Over this past year he has worked on my brothers jeep, my friends car, and now mine after getting backed into… he had my car door completely repaired in 3 days & completely detailed my car to compliment the deal. He is reasonable, kind & reliable. Ty for taking care of my people, Tony!”

“I don't normally leave reviews on stuff but this is an exception. My keys were locked in the car and I am not kidding when I say this: I put in the road side assistance request at 7:55 and the guy was there at 7:59. Exceptional customer service.”
