“Nice electronics store. I try and stay out because i always find stuff i wanna buy when i do go in and I really shouldn't. Sales staff is very nice. My only beef is that last time I went in for an Apple Watch they hard sold me on a best buy card I didn't really want or need. Oh well. If I am in the market for electronics that I can't order online and wouldn't have delivered, this is my go too. As infrequently as possible for the sake of my budget. I will also never ever go around Christmas, as the day after Christmas and the black Thursday/Friday/Monday whatever, is insane.”

“My iPad screen cracked for no reason.There was no apple care on my iPad so I just visited there to know why the screen was broken.When I made an appointment, one of the staff told me that the warranty doesn’t cover the iPad screen so I was waiting for the repair team without any expectation for compensation.Despite visiting on walk-in, I was able to meet the repair team in 5 minutes!The repair team found a way to get an exchange for me even I didn’t have apple care. So now I’m waiting for the replacement because they don’t have that iPad in-stock.I could feel that the staff were doing their best to help me.Super fast work process, friendly staffHighly recommended?+ I got a replacement and the model number starts with M so I believe its not refurbished unit”
“The security personnel were courteous and professional. Upon arrival, the security personnel will verify your identity and direct you to the appropriate dock. The designated unloader will arrive at your vehicle to remove the seal and inspect the shipment. Subsequently, you will be directed to the next available dock door for unloading. The unloading process for my trailer was completed efficiently within a 40-minute timeframe. Following the unloading, the completed paperwork will be conveniently placed at the rear of your trailer. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory, and I extend my gratitude to CDW for their exceptional service.”

The self-service printer was super easy to use, but an employee was always close by in case I needed help. Printing here isn't expensive, even when you're only printing a couple things. The employee who rang me up at the register when I bought my packaging was very friendly and polite, and he helped me sign up for the free rewards program, which actually saved me some money just for signing up!! Overall I had a really great experience and I really recommend this Office Depot”
