“We were looking for a new printer. The store was very busy on Labor Day. Yet David treated us like we were the only people in the store. He took about 20 minutes to walk us through the latest improvements and figure out what was important to us. We ended up buying a top of the line Epson mostly due to his knowledge about each printer. Then he carried the box to the checkout, went and got us a cart and notified security so we were expected at the door. I'd say that is a five star employee.”
“With online buying now more popular, going into the physical store is almost like walking into a ghost town. The staff were helpful but you could tell that the answer they give more than not is, sorry we don't have anything in stock but we can help you order it online. I really like Best Buy and I hope it sticks around. I hope they find some new ways of getting us back in the stores and getting us back to physically checking out technology instead of just trusting your favorite YouTuber.”
