The staff were helpful but you could tell that the answer they give more than not is, sorry we don't have anything in stock but we can help you order it online. “I had the best customer service experience ever at this store today. A few people helped to calm me down when I forgot my iPhone passcode, and didn’t remember my iCloud password. But Tom was amazing at figuring out what steps I needed to take to get back into my phone. We thought best case scenario I would be able to get back in in a few days, but I was able to get back in the same day. Cannot recommend this store, Tom and others that I met with enough. “First purchase. Item is unobtainium. Nowhere else in the country has any in stock and they were selling cheaper than I've ever seen it. I had to read over it several times to make sure I wasn't imagining things. This was around 8pm Eastern time. Within 30 minutes I get an email the order has shipped. That immediately raised some red flags. They didn't provide a tracking number but I checked the Fedex app and sure enough a label was created.I know there's a lot of negative reviews and this probably looks like a fake one but if you see my other reviews I am no stranger to writing really scathing 1 star reviews when it's warranted. I think I see what the problem is here. For starters, they're drop shipping. At least they did with my order. Less control over order fulfillment. And someone else brought up that they are requiring signature. On my order, they wrote in the address line 2 space "Signature Required" but they didn't actually select that option for the shipment. It was delivered, like practically all online orders, without a signature despite it saying signature required on the label. I don't know what they're trying to do with that. Maybe get signature service without paying for it but either way, there may be some truth to those other reviews.Posted July 2022. No customer service was required. Everything is subject to change without notice. Using a virtual card with auto locking feature isn't a bad idea given the iffy reviews but I'd order again.”

“We were looking for a new printer. The store was very busy on Labor Day. Yet David treated us like we were the only people in the store. He took about 20 minutes to walk us through the latest improvements and figure out what was important to us. We ended up buying a top of the line Epson mostly due to his knowledge about each printer. Then he carried the box to the checkout, went and got us a cart and notified security so we were expected at the door. I'd say that is a five star employee.”
“Thousands of mile from home and in dire need of a laptop! Walked in and found an associate that knew exactly what I needed. Omer was super knowledgeable and helped me in understanding and with completing my purchase. Super nice. I really appreciate his attitude and atmosphere he presented himself with.
