“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”
“I find myself having to work from more co-working spaces than I'd ideally like, and I have to say that this place is my favorite by a distance. The office Clubhouse is a great space, it's well equipped and it's incredible value compared to any of the chains. Mac is personable, diligent and makes a hell of an espresso! Already looking forward to my next visit.”
“OMG I’ve been doing bidness w/ Owner / Operator Michael Forman since we moved to Very East ( VELF ) LF in 1987 ( ironically the same weekend as Mr T ) and Michael, Along w/ faithful Pooch Fido have been servicing me con brio ever since.
1) Although often melancholy, MF always seems to perk up when I show up like clockwork on Thursdays in time for me to pay top$ for the myriad of chochkies( sic) he tries to unload like 5-color solar flashlights that glow in the dark and sunglasses w/ a Wig attached that even in Lake Bluff could pass for Trump.
2) Michael’s command of English along w/ Swahili and Mandarin make even the most cosmopolitan LF’er feel Velkome y BienVenue …
- What more can I say to merit his 5 star service? Freshly baked cookies? An horsd’oueurves plate rivaling only that of Onwentsia ? Most of all his chipper upscale mein even when they somehow Bombay your Aspen - bound skiis to Sri Lanka ?

“I had to stop and to The UPS store to send something out and I've never done it before. Noemi was working and was very patient and professional and helpful towards me. I'm such a mess I even knocked over her pens, and yet she still found a way to make my shipping needs even easier and made sure I wasn't charged fees that I was about to pay and didn't have to. I don't think workers like Noemi get enough credit for their wealth of knowledge, easy-going personalities and hard work. If you happen to stop in there, or anywhere that somebody deserves some credit for the work that they do that nobody seems to really appreciate, make sure you let them know. It can really make somebody's day very positive when other people can be trying to make it negative. Thank you Noemi for the job you do well. I hope you are appreciated”

The UPS person was very helpful then and when I visited the store to send the package. It was very easy to complete the transaction and the person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. No long line and it was quick and easy.”

“Bravo! I needed to send an urgent overnight delivery and this UPS store in Buffalo Grove saved the day!! I went first to another shipping company that ends with x, and they refused to ship it because their last pick-up of the day had already been collected (several hours before closing their store). Well, not this UPS store! They have a later collection time which is literally at store closing which is how it should be!! Well, sure enough, my package was delivered on-time! UPS you have forever earned my business! You guys rock!! ? highly recommend!!”
