After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. “Superb huge garden center. Definite a must go place for you to get some ‘short cut’ gardening to fill up your home. Prices could be slightly more expensive than home depot, lowes; etc but plants are from great local vendors/suppliers. Lotsa peppers, herbs and tomatoes along with flowers and trees.
Lotsa green houses to walk into to grab what you need. Bought a pot of hydrangea there and was told to keep receipt for a year’s warranty. It is interesting..not too sure how that warranty works.”

“VS menards well stocked but what sets it apart is it's employees are every where and most knowledgeable. Most are from a trade which is invaluable! Plus being a vet i don't have to jump through hoops mailing in receipt or as they count on it forgetting to get 10% off. Do not like current return policy. Even if they stock item you can't even get a store credit if over i guess 30/35$. Unless you have the credit card or receipt. If I kept every receipt I'd need a accountant!”

I had great experience at the store today when picking up 8 bags of garden soil by myself. The store associate Umar generously helped me haul the loaded cart to my car and loaded all of them into my trunk. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood.”
“Only reason why I give Home Depot 4/5 Stars is due to their unwillingness (on a corporate level) to accept NFC Payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
For the record… at this point, ALL three of Home Depot’s direct big-box competitors; Lowe’s, Menards, and Ace Hardware; accept Apple Pay. HD is one of the few-remaining retail companies who continue to take this stubborn stance.
I know this is a corporate issue, but it’s still a bit ridiculous that there are places where I can’t pay with my digital wallet in 2024.
Otherwise, great selection, clean store, and friendly service. The usual to be expected at HD. ?”

The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I have witnessed other customers being so rude to the hard working employees who deserve respect.”
