“I love that they offer clothing for tweens that is inspirational and faith-based at reasonable prices. Also, when I placed my order, they noticed a potential error on my part; and the owner called me right away to verify what I wanted. They were correct; I had, indeed, made an error. They corrected the error and sent the shipment right away. I was SO appreciative of their thoughtfulness and proactive effort that saved me from having to return an item and wait for a replacement. “I really like this store for finding unique and fun gifts for kids. I bought a set of plushies when our second daughter was born so that my toddler could do a gift exchange when her little sister came home from the hospital. I found the perfect set with Kido, and the plushie even had little glasses that matched my daughter's, which was a cool coincidence! I also had to call the store to confirm something about the order, and the person who answered was really friendly and helpful. Great place to shop!”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“This is thee place to go to for communion dresses! They have so many different styles and most importantly different sizes to choose from! There are so many it makes it hard to pick one! They have everything you need here and on top of that the owners are the nicest people ever! They are so helpful and genuinely care to help you find what you want. I definitely recommend everyone to go there for any religious items you may need. My daughter was so happy with her dress, gloves, purse, and even the candle set! She loved everything! I will definitely continue shopping here in the future for sure!”

“Reasonable ranges, but this new site (opened in 2023?) replaced a more-convenient city centre site which we remembered from our last visit in 2022.
My wife purchased several tops and I bought a nice shirt.
If you are disabled, the powered doors were non-functional, but the whole site only looks to be a year old. No care for Americans with Disabilities?”

I love that they carry the Molo brand--my kid used to love wearing Molo until she started getting pickier about what she wore. The great thing about Sugarcup is that they also have a basement full of discounted and gently used clothing, which is great when you don't feel like spending full retail pricing.”

“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”
