The staff at this cricket location was very helpful and welcoming. Customer had patient and amazing service, with staff calling previous carrier and going above and beyond to solve problem. Staff help with switching over, upgrade to a new phone, and showed special features. Customer had good service, staff nice, and awesome service. Friends say the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and had the best service. Senior citizens and family who need a phone will be returning.
Nick was very helpful, and very nice to me and my aunt , And so was Jenny , I’m going to tell all of my friends, and family about this cricket location , I’m very pleased , and will be returning, when ever my senior citizens in my family need a phone thanks again you guys.

I have been here before seeing David and I got a very good phone. I started having issues later with the phone so I went in to see Jennifer and I had the best service. I highly recommend
