“What can I really say about PerSmart...except they have a large variety of cat food...which is what pertains to us...and a heck of a lot if other stuff u can find for ur cats too...and also a karge dog selection if food and items...they have birds there and sometimes other adoptable small animals...and i even think i have seen cats there for adoption too...very friendly and helpful associates...and it is nice that people can also bring their pets into the store too...never used their clinic...so do not really know much about that...defenitely worth giving this place a chance....much luv...k”
“Can’t say enough good things about Pupstars! We’ve been taking our dog here for daycare and boarding since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it here. The staff are all incredible and know every dog by name, they’re reasonably priced for the area, and there’s ample street parking in front of their location so drop offs are easy.”

“This place is marvelous. My family loves this establishment for years past and beyond. We take care of our poochita’s needs and several aquariums including saltwater. Carl is a great man. Just recently Trestyn (?) helped me out and was an expert in the topic at hand and the customer service in general is always stellar.”

“Our experience at the self-wash pet station was a mix of highs and lows. On the negative side, the facility ran out of oatmeal shampoo, and the wash station was heavily littered with dog hair. On the positive side, the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond trying to coax our stubborn Rottweiler into the bath. When he refused to cooperate, they generously refunded our payment. I would gladly give them five stars in the future if the cleanliness of the area is improved.”
“This is the best Petco for grooming and caring for your pet. My little dog Jax Is 15 years old and I only trust him to Bridget at Petco. She’s very Gentle, Patient and loving. She loves and cares for my little dog as if he’s her own and that’s what I care about. Five stars to Bridget.”
“An A+ for this store, I was there today and the guy at the cashier when I asked him if he could call someone because I needed help with some medicine for my dog, he immediately called so I could receive assistance, then a guy named Armando came and was super friendly, he took all the time necessary to explain to me about everything I was asking him, excellent worker, thanks to the attitude of these people of course I will gladly return to this store, I wish other stores had staff as cordial as here!!”
“First off, the food is great. Obviously since you're here, and I do think it helped my beagle mutt mix live to a ripe old age of 17.
Secondly, the staff has been fantastic in dealing with my changing standing delivery orders. Very accommodating. Always pleasant, overall a wonderful experience.”

“ive been going to this pet store for many years and its always good energy healthy fish and great prices the owner his wife and there sons helped me alot over the years keeping my fish and crustations healthy i stay in indiana now but still take the drive because it's worth it...but the new guy need a girl or some weed because he seems to never be i a good mood he never did anything bad but his mood be off..but i still highly recommend this store great prices great people great service. they get a 5 star from ya boy...”
“This place is great. It has all of needs as a pretentious urban dog owner. Cressida loves her tooth brushing treats, fancy frozen chicken meals and collapsible bowl from there. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that it feels a bit depressing in there, and while that doesn’t matter to me as someone who goes in for 10 mins a month, it must be hard to work there. Keep your heads up staff! And tell the boss it needs a lick of paint!”
“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”
“It was shot time for my golden doodle and he knew it. The Dr and assistant took and began cuddling him. His check up went well and the shots were given very discreetly. The shot package was very reasonable. They never let me down!!!”

“I’m a regular at Petco. Everything from Vetco on Sundays to grooming every six weeks with Jesse the groomer who is phenomenal with my three Pomeranians, I’m always at Petco. The majority of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. they are always willing to take time out to inform me of various products and services. There is even willing to listen to my animal stories. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.”

“This particular PetSmart out in the western suburbs of Chicago, was HUGE! Though we'll layer out, it took me some time to find the reptile section of the store. I prefer PetSmart because of the large selection of food they carry for my box and water turtles. It's spring here in the Midwest, and my water turtles, a pair of Eastern Painted, are hungry EVERY day! My two box turtles get fed once a week, but that includes lettuce, fresh cut fruit and an entire can of turtle food. The checkout lady was prompt, and I was out the door in minutes. I like being given the option of making a donation to PetSmart charities, right on the credit card pad at checkout. If you're able, may I recommend you make a donation, too!”
“I had my 9 month old rescue (Cairn Terrier) for two months and was teaching her to trust humans again because she was abused before. Pedro was afraid he would not be able to cut her hair due to her trust issues. He was able to gain her trust and gave her an amazing first haircut! Coming back all the time!!!”
