“Best pet store in Chicago! I've been going there for 35 years. Healthier fish than any other store in this city! Tony is alright! Everyone has a bad day sometimes! And he has been working on his feet for 8 hours! Hey lady have some compassion for him, imagine if you worked on your feet for 8 hours and he came to your job and stopped you from going home at the assigned time? How would you treat him? Next time go earlier. I think Tony's last job was a bouncer in a lounge. Lol.just kidding. I love goldens pet store and everyone in it. Tony is a hard worker, he is very helpful to Mr Golden. And he is loyal to Mr Golden. That's what matters the most! If you want healthy fish; then go to Golden's. if you don't then go somewhere else!”

“I just want to say the way some of these customers treat some of these wonderful and friendly employees is purely disgusting and disrespectful!!! I witnessed a customer talking aweful to a groomer and I had to put them in their place!!! I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!!! I hope Petsupply plus can agree some customers are not always right some are completely miserable and looking for an altercation especially at this location because that wasn’t the first time I witnessed this and props to the employees for keeping their cool and letting the customers talk down to them instead of lashing back. Whoever is in charge, protect your employees with all costs. My family been getting our dog groomed here for a very long time and all the groomers are amazing from the employees that been there long to the new ones I’ve never had a Problem!!! I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. My German shepherd loves it here.”

“Was referred here by an associate to get help with tank repair and ended up not needing the repair I thought was necessary. So, I ended up taking a chance on buying a marine fish. Although, my wife was getting tired of losing fish we'd purchased from a store in Tinley Park and was losing interest from the hobby. I explained my dilemma to the store owner and he agreed to help me win my wife's trust back into the hobby. Let's say I haven't lost any live stock since working with him. Wife is back on board and excited to redecorate the aquarium. Thanks for the great store experience and future endeavors.”

“First of all, this store looks great. I had not been at this location before till 8/2/23. I had an issue with an online order and had to go in to resolve it. From the moment the phone was picked up till the moment I got my items, the staff, store manager and district manager, all were pleasant and super helpful. Needless to say, I may just come into the store going forward. The reason why I avoid retail stores now days is because of the lack of customer service. This store knocked it out of the park. “Our boys love it when we bring them here. The woman who works at the front is always SO sweet to our babies, giving them samples and plenty of pets. The treats are top-notch. We trust the selection that they stock, which is harder to do at big stores. Plus it's great that we get samples, so we don't end up buying a load of treats that they don't end up touching. We've gone in for baked treats, fish oil, poop bags, chews, training bites, etc. Next time we stock up on food (we buy Open Farm), we'll probably get it from here. Support local!”

“My dog and I enjoy going to this location. The staff is pleasant and helpful and usually gives my dog treats. They are large enough to have most of the things that I need. My only issue with this place is the online ordering system. If you place an online order, you can get your dog food delivered that day, though there is a good chance that it will be delivered incorrect. A good 50% of the time, my orders are delivered wrong and I have to call Petco and get them redelivered.”

“I absolutely LOVE Wigglyville! It’s much bigger than I thought it would be, and they offer so many items! I’m thrilled they have Origens cat food, non-chicken wet food for cats, Weruva cat dinners you can buy by the pouch, and natural treats for dogs. The prices are good too. It’s a very calm environment with a shopkeeper that lets you shop in peace. I’m already planning to go back!”
“What can I really say about PerSmart...except they have a large variety of cat food...which is what pertains to us...and a heck of a lot if other stuff u can find for ur cats too...and also a karge dog selection if food and items...they have birds there and sometimes other adoptable small animals...and i even think i have seen cats there for adoption too...very friendly and helpful associates...and it is nice that people can also bring their pets into the store too...never used their clinic...so do not really know much about that...defenitely worth giving this place a chance....much luv...k”
